Welcome to Seashells and Sandtraps! The Perfect Oak Island Home w/ Golf Cart!

It's like having a private beach! Perfect Oak Island getaway for any family! Ideally located in the Oak Island Golf Club. You are minutes from every shop/restaurant that Oak Island has to offer, while at the same time avoiding the hustle and bustle of the public access beach crowds! Oak Island Golf Club has a private beach access across the main road as you turn onto Pinehurst Dr. You will be amazed how it almost feels like your own private beach!

The recently renovated home has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 baths, a beautiful open kitchen with plenty of seating for everyone in the home brand new LVP flooring through all the living areas. The master bedroom is equipped with a king bed and dresser to unpack and relax for the week. Visiting with a second couple or family? The 2nd bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed all ready. Need space for the kids? The 3rd bedroom has a Twin over Twin bunk and a Twin over Full bunk! If that's not all, the sofa in the kids tv room is a pullout bed as well!

Looking to relax when not at the beach, kickback and watch some TV in either of the two TV rooms, both equipped with Smart Tv's.

If you want some peace and quiet, enjoy your favorite vacation beverage on the back screened porch and listen to the waves crash in at night.

Access to the beach is directly across from the main entrance to the subdivision. It's a 9 minute walk from the house or if you're looking to get to the beach a bit faster... take the GOLF CART! It's a 2 minute drive! There is Golf Cart Only Parking at the beach access as well!

Guests will be able to park up to 4 cars in the drive way. If you stack cars on the right side of the driveway, you will be able to easily maneuver the Golf Cart that comes with the home, in and out of the garage.

Feel free to drive the Golf Cart around the neighborhood. It is a life-saver when transporting beach equipment and people back and forth to the beach!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please start a load of dishes. (There should be dish pods under the sink) Please start a load of linens. Other dirty linens on the floor in the laundry room.
Please make sure the Golf Cart is plugged in. Please lock all doors when you leave. Please empty the trash into the bins outside. (There should be extra bags under the sink

Great location

Greg was awesome. He handled issue with golf cart quickly. It was great to use for beach . Place was clean except rug needed to be vacuumed . Would recommend and also had a large pool three houses down.
