This updated house is perfectly perched amidst the city's museums, beaches, parks, golf courses, and shops - adventure awaits around every corner! The Isle of Hope Marina is a half-mile from home, while the new Wormsloe Historic Park is just across the street.

Some popular attractions you may enjoy exploring include Forsyth Park, the City Market, the Mercer Williams House Museum, the SCAD Museum of Art, and the UGA Marine Education Center and Aquarium.

The open layout features an oversized sofa, a large smart TV, and a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Coffee lovers will appreciate the separate coffee station for their morning cups. There's also a dedicated work space in one of the bedrooms for remote working opportunities!

Afternoons are best spent on the screened porch, with ample seating and a pellet grill. When evening nears, throw your daily garb in the washer/dryer for a refresh and check out the sizable bedrooms, all adorned with personal TVs, soft linens, and central air-conditioning. Two foldable trundle beds are in the laundry room and offer flexible sleeping space.

Please note: There is a 2 dog max in this home, with a 35 pound weight restriction.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
