Dot's Spot is a 4 Bedroom, 3 Full Bath Almost Oceanfront Home located in beautiful Atlantic Beach that allows many chances to catch those beautiful ocean views!

Ground Level: Recreation room with Full Bath. Bedroom #1 has a Queen bed and Shares a full Bath. Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin beds and shares a full bath. Bedroom #3 has a King Bed with deck access and Shares Full Bath. Bedroom #4 has a Queen Bed with Shares Full Bath.

Additional Amenities: 6 Smart TVs with Roku streaming, Interior Washer/Dryer, Highspeed Wireless Internet, Covered Decks, Outdoor Decks, Deck Furniture, Picnic Tables, Covered Parking, Ceiling Fans, Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower, Gas Grill, Fully Equipped Kitchen with Coffee Maker, Keurig Coffee Maker, Oven, Refrigerator with attached Ice Maker, Microwaves, Dishwashers, Toaster Oven, Blenders, Air Fryers, and Beach Access.

NOTE: Exterior lift is not available for guest use at any time.

Linens and Towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays.

No Smoking.

Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with our All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Rents Weekly Saturday - Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 2 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.

The home if lovely, well kept, and beautifully decorated. The layout of the house was perfect for us and the space is well designed. The location is a very short walk to the beach and on a quiet street. Our family enjoyed evenings on the front porch with a lovely ocean breeze that kept us cool and comfortable.
