The property was well positioned and roomy enough for our group to be comfortable. The house had a nice clean presentation. No dust bunnies, cobwebs, etc. The short walk to the beach allowed us to easily go back and forth. We could monitor our children with ease. The views were perfect and available in the master,another bedroom with a balcony, and the living room. Everyone had their own space. We had a great time!

Waking up every morning and hearing the waves was wonderful. Plenty of view from in both directions of the beach from the all the beach facing balconies - no obstacles. The pool was rather chilly but that was because time of year and it had been rather cool prior to our stay. The house was nice and the elevator worked to save legs and also for people with obility issues to get around (not wheelchair accessible). The only thing that was a disappointment was on the last night I was going to get in the jetted tub but it didn't work. The host, Joyce Jones, that I dealt with was very resposive with all my annoying questions, lol. I loved the long island in the kitchen so whoever was doing the cooking could have other sit and talk to them and visit. Fishing wasn't great and high tide is really HIGH tide. I would stay at this home again. Parking is enough for 4 vehicles but we managed to get 6 parked - 4 straight and 2 sideways.

This property was everything I was looking for and it met all my expectations. The view was fantastic and our entire party loved the experience. Rooms were clean. We spent a lot of time in the common area or out on the balcony. The elevator was great for helping with getting luggage in and out. This one is one the list for a future visit.

This home is exactly as advertised. Very roomy, clean & good location; close to restaurants, shopping and other entertainment. The beach is quiet and not over crowded. Loved being able to walk the beach, picking up shells, watching the dolphins and watching & listening to the ocean. A good peaceful location.
