Welcome to your dream coastal retreat! This newly constructed townhome, just steps from the beach, offers the ultimate seaside lifestyle. With three bedrooms and three and a half baths, there's plenty of space for relaxation and entertaining.
Indulge in the convenience of a short walk to local restaurants and shops, perfect for enjoying the vibrant coastal community. Plus, with the beach just moments away, you can easily spend your days lounging in the sun or exploring the shoreline.
Forget about stairs with the added convenience of an elevator, ensuring easy access to all levels of the home. Inside, modern finishes and spacious living areas create a comfortable and stylish atmosphere for you to enjoy.
Prepare delicious meals in the gourmet kitchen, equipped with high-end appliances and stylish finishes. Gather in the open-concept living and dining area, ideal for entertaining guests or simply relaxing after a day at the beach.

BED CONFIGURATIONS:
1 King, 1 Queen, and 1 Double Bunk Bed w/ Twin Trundle
WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

-Cameras located on entry door and back door for security purposes only

Perfect Location
This townhome is located in the center of Atlantic beach, right across the street from the beach and Park. We were able to watch and enjoy the beach music festival from the balcony deck all day Saturday!
The home is comfortable and well decorated with a fully equipped kitchen. In walking distance to many shops bars and restaurants. Will definingly stay again!
