Welcome to Palatka! At this peaceful and centrally located place you will have comfortable sleeping arraignments for your family and all your toys! This bungalow is equipped with 2 queen size beds and a sleeper sofa so you can rest easy. The 1-acre lot provides parking for your boat, jet ski, 4-wheeler even your RV. If you're into water sports or just hanging you can enjoy the St Johns River for shoppers, you can enjoy the many retail shops all within 5 min drive! Salt Springs just 20mins away!

Great place to stay in Palatka

We were in town for some parachute exercise at the airport. The house was perfect, clean , ac was on when we arrived which was nice . Ample parking was a plus as well. Great communication with the owner . We experienced 0 issues and had a pleasant stay .Thank you

Cozy Cottage

Just in a rough part of town. Glad it was fenced all around. My dog was able to roam property. Cozy. Centerally located which fit our visit. Front porch was nice.

Putnam county is the poorest county in Florida. The area is very safe, unfortunately the homes in the area aren’t as well manicured as you would find in other areas of Florida. The home is located centrally between the shopping district and the river front.

The bungalow

The bungalow is set between 2 boarded up houses and in a neighborhood known for drugs & homeless, I did not feel safe but money was spent and we stayed.we had no issues the individual units in the house needed some instruction as we couldn’t get them to work. Overall the property was suitable for the memorial for my mother and visits

Really Bad Experience

Don’t trust this guys, never met the owner, we only communicated with his (brother). He moved us to another different location for cash, house was really bad, and it looked like an Hotel, strangers would be in front and back yard 24/7, no privacy at all, it was a total ripoff, he promised a refund, and we never got it. DONT TRUST THESE GUYS.

I understand you made a cash deal to stay at the Neighbor ‘s house. . You stayed at my location for a few days and offered cash for a longer stay and I denied you. I don’t appreciate the bad review when you clearly took advantage.
