Casa Malaya is a 4-bedroom villa with boat dock and private pool is located in the idyllic community of West End on Grand Bahama Island only 56 miles from West Palm Beach, Florida.

The 2-story house comes complete with master bedroom with king bed and three guest bedrooms each with a queen bed and 3 ½ bathrooms, sleeping 8 guests comfortably (plus a sofa bed that could sleep another 2 people). The villa’s décor includes beautiful, tiled marble floors throughout the house and high ceilings. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is impressive with stainless appliances including induction oven and beautiful cabinetry. The 2nd story porch is ideal for outdoor dining and the rooftop widow’s walk affords stunning 360-degree views of both the ocean and the canal. Guests also have use of a BBQ grill, tennis rackets, and golf cart.

Casa Malaya has a private 60’ boat dock for the exclusive use of villa guests. The dock can accommodate boats up to 75’ with a 13’ draft and comes with 30 and 50 amp power and water. Please note there are 2 docks at the house, and the guest dock is on the vacant lot next to the villa. The villa is situated on the southeast corner of the turning basin in The Isles at Old Bahama Bay. Address is Allamanda Drive, West End, Grand Bahama, The Bahamas.
