Everything you need in the heart of Tampa

We stayed here for 3 months while our home was under construction. The location is perfect for anyone looking to explore Tampa Bay - central to everything and easy access to the Gandy bridge over to beaches. The property is just as it looks in the photos - clean and organized, with everything you need for a short or very long stay.

Right from the start, the host made sure things went well with this booking, and the property lived up to the listing!The host provided excellent and fast communication, and was very helpful with our requests. The property was very clean, and there were a number of nice touches that showed that guests were very welcome. The location is good, and the neighborhood is quiet. The rental is well appointed -- everything we could want was available, and so we were very comfortable during our 5 night stay. The office was an extra bonus; it allowed my partner to work quietly during the day undisturbed while I could come and go around the house. We've definitely bookmarked this property for return visits.
