Within a short distance, you'll discover sandy beaches perfect for sunbathing and swimming, and nearby world-class surf, windsurf, and kiteboarding spots. The location is also conveniently close to numerous attractions like the awe-inspiring Haleakala crater, the captivating road to Hana, enchanting rainforest hikes, and cascading waterfalls.

The villa boasts awe-inspiring 180-degree ocean views from a wrap-around deck and private grassy lawn, complemented by a wet bar, a fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a 6-burner gas stove and oven. Four bedrooms each with plush California king mattresses and two bathrooms across the first and second stories ensure a restful stay. Additionally, 2 bedrooms are furnished with flat-screen TVs. The villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.

Outside, the pool area beckons with inviting lounge chairs, tables, and seating, while the property provides beach and pool accessories, along with beach towels. Stay connected with the provided Internet/WIFI and enjoy a 30-foot grass front lawn complete with a seating area and a gas BBQ grill.

Within our property, you'll discover a charming grassy lawn that overlooks the mesmerizing ocean view, complete with four comfortable lounge chairs and an outdoor BBQ to enhance your experience. The pool area offers four more lounge chairs and two tables, each paired with two chairs for your utmost relaxation. To add to your enjoyment, we gladly offer beach chairs and pool toys for you to borrow at your convenience.

Please be aware that the property is situated along a cliff's edge with rocky ocean views below, making swimming in this area not recommended. The edge does not have a fence, so families with young children should take this into consideration when booking.

However, just a short 3-minute walk away, you'll find the delightful Tavares Bay, a sandy beach perfect for swimming and abundant with turtles, making it an ideal spot for families. Please exercise caution when walking from the property to this beach as it involves walking along a main road.
