This spacious 'Montana-style' log home on a country lane is minutes to Stowe Village and 15 minutes to the ski slopes. Immaculately maintained and in pristine condition, the house has every amenity for a perfect mountain vacation. Three large bedrooms suites, plus additional bedroom and bath on lower level, and a bunk alcove, the house can accommodate 8+ (additional charge over 8, up to 12), basement with fireplace and game table, outdoor hot tub on the deck, and a fire pit with comfortable lounge chairs for summer and fall campfires. Living room stocked with board games and a gas fireplace. Well-equipped kitchen, full laundry room. A Beckwith Rentals featured property.

Felt like we were on the set of Yellowstone, very nice cabin. It had a wonderful ski vibe. Nice touch with the Christmas tree, it was a great Christmas and ski vacation.

Best Thanksgiving!

We got the family together, including the dogs, and had an absolutely fantastic time at the cabin! It was spacious, comfortable, had a wonderful kitchen to cook in and a huge backyard to roam around! We were lucky enough to get snow on Thanksgiving and it was so pretty to see the cabin covered in snow!

It was a great property, but we did have an issue with a smell that was in the basement that lingered. Also had a problem with flys in the upstairs bedrooms and in the living room.

We are very sorry we could not satisfactorily troubleshoot the source of the odor from the laundry room...it did turn out to be a clogged vent and it has been satisfactorily remedied. The exterminator was scheduled earlier to treat the seasonal flies and ladybugs, but unfortunately he showed up only two days prior to the guests' arrival which did not sufficiently eradicate the problem. The cleaners vacuumed out the window sills the day of arrival but there was still an ongoing problem during the guests' stay...we are very sorry that these two issues could not be resolved during this rental and impacted the guests' enjoyment of the property. The owner has assured us that he will make sure to schedule the extermination earlier next fall! He would like to extend a free night to the guests if they would like to return to Log Heaven in the future...

Beautiful Log Home

The property is lovely from the home itself to the yard. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and some snacks to start and found the home had everything we needed for our family vacation. We started with breakfast and ended with the hot tub and a cozy fire at the fire pit. I would definitely recommend staying at Log Heaven.

Great stay at log heaven

Our family (7 adults and a child) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It has enough beds and baths for everyone to have their own space, and the kitchen and great room areas were large enough to comfortably handle the group. The home itself is very warm, due to the log structure and decor, and it is very well appointed with everything you need. It's beautifully located with privacy and stunning views, but also just a short drive to Stowe. We'd definitely stay at the property again.

This home is absolutely wonderful. The location is exactly what we were looking for. A unique log home off the beaten path! The views are incredible. We rent homes all over and I have to say that this is one of the nicest homes, the home is stocked with everything you need to have homemade meals for your family, our group of 8 were very comfortable in this home, plenty of room to have your own private space or get together for family meals. You will no be disappointed if you stay at this home. Communication with the owners was excellent also!

Beautiful Cabin in the Woods

This house is beautiful and well appointed. The common areas are comfortable and inviting, the bedrooms and bathrooms are well designed and cozy, and the layout is perfect. There are no “bad” bedrooms; they’re all lovely. The property is beautiful, and the views are amazing. We could not have asked for a better experience. The one and only stumble is the hot tub, which is not on par with the rest of the house. It does not hold the heat well when in use, so the first 20 minutes are great, but the tub gets too cold to use very quickly. Even with that issue, we loved the house and will definitely return!

Great entertaining and Multi family get away

Beautiful log home. Great kitchen/ dining area …. as you know that is the center space of all conversations. Beautiful view and great deck. The family room with it’s large windows draws your attention to the majestic mountains. 1 king, 3 queens, all with their own bathrooms was a great bonus. Big plus… 7 miles to Stowe’s lovely shops.

The cabin was just as advertised. Well appointed and has everything you need for cooking and cleaning up. We really enjoyed the hot tub and taking in the scenery. Good location and Stowe is easily accessible. Can’t wait to come back.

Ideal Weekend Getaway

Stayed at Log Heaven for our Wedding weekend - the property was unimaginably picturesque, from the wrap around deck to the cleverly incorporated carpentry. Enjoyed the peaceful location, but also The ease of accessibility to Stowe. Highly recommend!

Log Cabin Getaway

We highly recommend this rental. The log cabin is beautiful. Fully stocked with kitchen tools, pots, pans, dishes, linens, etc. Property manager was great. She made booking and checking in and out easy. The internet was spotty at best however, this can be considered a good thing for those keeping their devices off during vacation. Also, the online pictures suggest a remote location when in fact it was quite close to the road. Our only suggestions would be to “spring clean” the cabin and upgrade the hot tub. Wonderful relaxing holiday for us!
