About this property

30A Gulf view-no stairs, Tennis/pickle ball, 2 Pools, Corn Hole, Shuffle board

Our much sought after first floor larger 2 bedroom corner unit is located in the 500 Building (Unit 511) and provides a great view of the Gulf, sand dunes, Eastern Lake and boardwalk entrance from our living room/patio. NO busy road to cross or steps to climb!! Approximately a 2 minute walk to the beach. Beach chairs are available for your use at no additional cost with this unit.
The condo has a master suite with king-size bed. The second bedroom has two twin over full bunk beds. If travelling with a baby, there is a pack and play (72 hour advance request required).
Cable flat screen Smart TV’s are located throughout the unit. A 40” Smart HDTV with DVD is located in the living/dining room area. A 32” flat screen Smart HDTV TV is located in the master bedroom. A 20” Smart HDTV is located in the second bedroom.
The amenities of our complex, Beachside Villas, includes two outdoor pools (one is seasonally heated), 2 lighted tennis courts/pickle ball, shuffleboard, corn hole game, outdoor grills, party deck on adjoining lake, wash-off showers, and immediate boardwalk access to the most beautiful beach in the world!
Beachside Villas is ideally located away from the crowds BUT very close to so many of the activities that bring people back to this part of the Panhandle year after year. It is located in close proximity to Destin and Panama City Beach- SEASIDE is less than 5 minutes also. You can rent bikes and travel along the beautiful bike paths to charming Rosemary Beach, Seaside, and Grayton Beach. Also, Deer Lake State Park is less than a mile down the beach with hiking trails and sand dunes. Top golf courses are nearby including Camp Creek and Santa Rosa Golf Club.
San Destin resort and the Silver Springs outlets are 20 minutes away. Also, miniature golf, Pier Park, Shell Island and water parks can be found nearby in Panama City or Destin.
For your safety and security and for the property, the home has outside video and audio recording cameras along with carbon monoxide detectors, smoke detectors and fire extinguishers located within the home.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Departure Check List • Check-out time is 10AM central time. Late checkouts will be charged an additional day’s rent if not approved by the owner 24 hours prior to scheduled check out time.
Be sure to return all Beachside Villas bracelets to the kitchen counter. You will be charged a $50 fee for all missing bracelets upon check out. Empty coffee grounds from coffee maker and rinse out.
• Remove sand and return any of the beach items to the outside storage closet that were there for your use while staying at Beachside 511.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

A great stay!! I was 30w pregnant with a toddler & 5YO when we came. No stairs and close parking was a life saver! Beach shuttle was so fast and convenient for us!! Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was stocked with everything we needed!

Great location, beautiful neighborhood! Just a short walk to the beach and a short bike ride to all the local shops. We rented e-bikes and that was definitely the best way to get around. Easy checkin process and close parking. We enjoyed the constant ocean view tremendously. Great, clean property.

The condo itself was clean, well-maintained, and matched the general description in the listing. Everything was in working order, and the space was comfortable for our stay. Hosts were helpful and responsive though not the most pleasant. There were a few issues that future guests may want to be aware of. The “beach view” was very limited — it was only a small sliver of the beach visible between two buildings, not what most people would consider a beach view.There were also no blankets on the beds or extra linens provided. The condo does have a sofa bed, but when we asked about sheets for it, we were told we were not allowed to use the sofa bed and that it was not part of the listing, which was confusing.In addition, there was construction going on right outside our door during the stay, which was not mentioned in the listing or prior to arrival.Lastly, the checkout instructions were quite extensive, including taking out all trash, emptying the ice maker, sweeping, and completing a long list of tasks, which felt a bit excessive compared to other places we’ve stayed. The dryer also ruined one of my favorite shirts. Overall, the condo itself was nice and as described, but the view, lack of bedding, undisclosed construction, and the checkout expectations were disappointing.

The place was as advertised, which is always nice. My one nitpick would be all the rules. My wife and I pride ourselves on leaving places as clean, if not cleaner, than we found them. Some of these rules seemed a little heavyhanded, such as don't just put ice cubes in the sink but make sure they are melted. I totally understand the need for rules but that many of them certainly subtracted a little from our enjoyment.

Most beautiful beach and white sand of all the beaches we visited. This is a quiet family community with ocean view, two heated pools, tennis courts, corn hole and shuffle board courts. Something for everyone to enjoy. Nice bike path around 30A. Easy bike ride to Seaside.

What makes this property unique

Quiet beach, shopping nearby and great resaurants. Watch the sunset from the patio and enjoy the view and sounds of the ocean. This bottom floor unit has no stairs and is only a 35 yard walk to the beach entrance. We also provide two beach chairs for you to use while visiting.
