This stunning, newly built home is ready for your Acadia vacation stay! Bluestone Ridge is a delightful and thoughtfully designed home tucked in a semi-wooded spot on quiet Whitney Farm Road, just a short walk to the Long Pond boat launch, swimming, kayak and canoe rentals. Lovely architectural and wood details throughout the timber framed home create a lodge feel with plenty of modern comforts including an open floorplan, all-new appliances, fixtures, and amenities including air conditioning. Oversized windows throughout bring magnificent views of the outdoors to every room. The property is centrally located among Southwest Harbor's village center, Bar Harbor dining and shops, and Acadia National Park trails – all just a short drive away. The home has 3 bedrooms with queen beds and a loft with two twin beds for a fourth bedroom. There are 3 ½ full baths.

FIRST FLOOR:

Enter from the drive to a welcoming foyer that opens to a combined Great Room, Dining, and Kitchen space. The Great Room features a cathedral ceiling with skylights, a showcase wood burning fireplace, and 65-inch flat screen TV. The dining area has seating for eight, next to sliding glass doors that give views of the beautiful woods while you dine. The kitchen offers all new appliances, a large pantry, center island, and plenty of cookware to make meal prep easy and enjoyable.

Tucked under the staircase is a convenient half bath. A door from the Great Room leads to 'The Lounge" with another showcase wood burning fireplace, a second dining area (seating for 6), 65-inch flat screen TV, games in the end tables, comfortable couches, as well as three walls of windows that creates that "in the woods" feel. A sliding glass door leads to an open deck for relaxing, night sky watching, and / or outdoor dining.

A door off the great room opens to the first floor bedroom "Bedroom 2" with en suite full bath with an oversized open shower and features an adjustable queen bed and large desk for remote working.

The first floor also has a laundry room with washer, dryer, laundry sink, and convenient storage.

SECOND FLOOR:

Stairs from the first floor lead to a balcony loft which serves as a fourth sleeping area with twin beds, table and 4 chairs, and a large window offering a view into the woods.

Two additional bedrooms are located on the second floor. Adjacent to the loft, Bedroom 3 features a queen bed, cathedral ceiling with exposed timber frame, a 45" smart TV, and views of the treetops. This bedroom and loft share a full bath with combination tub and shower. A short hallway leads to Bedroom 1, a large bedroom featuring a queen bed, writing desk, large walk-in closet, and views into the mature woods. This bedroom has a newly built attached full bath with large walk in shower and separate soaking tub for luxurious pampering after that long Acadia Hike!

OUTDOOR SPACES:

Landscaped but wild growing, the property opens to mature woods with a mix of tall white pines and hardwoods. The furnished deck features 2 Adirondack chairs, a separate dining table and four chairs, and a large propane grill. The deck and a cozy front porch with 2 swivel rockers, create lovely spaces for enjoying the natural setting and wildlife around this stunning home.
