2024 Weekly Rates WITHOUT required added Agency and VRBO Fees and the amounts reflected on Lease Agreement that you sign for parties of 8 or less: April 29 - June 15 $3500; June 15- June 29 $4300; June 29 - July 13 $5600; July 13 - August 17 $6200; August 17 - August 24 $5700; August 24 - September 7 $4400; September 7 - October 12 $4200; October 12 - January 15 $4000.

Please note the Security HOLD/Deposit is $1250 and VRBO does not process or collect this amount but instead places a collateral credit hold for this amount, to be released in the event no claims are made, therefore VRBO issues no security refund. Please note if occupancy greater than 8 is permitted, an extra $234 per person per week for 9th and 10th guest may be added to the weekly rental rate. No more than 10 guests, including all children, are permitted. No use of the Deck Fire Table permitted. The basement is unavailable for guest use. Homeowner items, such as kayaks, are placed in defined storage areas and are not available for guest use. Check in at 4PM, Check out at 10AM. Waterfront Amenities offered: shared pedestrian access to the shore.

NOTE: The Quote provided by VRBO/Homeaway is accurate and has already been adjusted to add a taxable 17% administrative agency fee above the owner's rental rate. The Lease Agreement will not reflect the Administrative Fee or the vrbo/homeaway service fees as they are not part of the Lease Agreement between you and the property owner. This Administrative Fee is the added amount the Agency charges to book this property through vrbo/homeaway. Please see DISCLOSURE below for further clarification.
