Overall, this rental was very comfortable. There was plenty of space for our family and the pool was a wonderful addition. The warm/hot water in the primary shower did not work. We let the host know and were able to take a hot shower in the other bathroom, so it certainly wasn't too big of a deal. Additionally, the bedroom just across from the kitchen had a pretty messy floor but we were able to find a small vacuum and clean it up. Otherwise, we felt this home was relatively clean and comfortable - it definitely worked for what we needed!

Everything about this home made our trip to Florida special. We cooked some fabulous meals, the girls swam nonstop, and we were able to comfortably visit after their bedtime. The home is clean, well laid out, and well stocked.

Wonderful Vacation Home

Great home and excellent location! The kids loved the pool. The layout was perfect with plenty of space. Easy to stock up on things and find plenty of relaxation time with so much within close vicinity. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Tampa!

Perfect location

Property was great and just as described. We loved the pool area. Was 8 of us so had to take turns with bathroom but was fine. House had everything we needed except a iron but we made do. Definitely would book this home again and recommend.

Open floor plan allowed for lots of family to enjoy time together. The pool was great entertainment for everyone. The owners were so easy to work with in our last minute requests and questions. Everything was clean in and working order. Love the shower in the master bathroom. Excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water for all of us! Was a great space for us with our adult children and their children.

Great home, great location!

Home was exactly as described. Very nicely upgraded, pool was warm and nice, beds were comfy. Then home is in a nice neighborhood and close to loads of amenities including the shops at wiregrass and also the sports complex. Owner was always very willing and quick to communicate. Will book again in the future!

House could have been cleaner, under the beds was dust and a pair of women’s underwear from a previous guest. The coffee table is falling apart. The couch has white stains on it. The grill propane tank was empty.

This is clearly stated in our House Rules prior to booking. As far as cleanliness, we take this very seriously and would have immediately sent our cleaning team back out if this had been brought to our attention during your stay. We did not receive any message about dust, items left behind, or any concerns with the couch or furniture while you were in the home. We always encourage guests to contact us during the stay so we can quickly resolve any issues in real time. I wanted to like this home, but can’t recommend. The host never responds. I sent three messages at various times prior and during our stay. None were returned!!The home has lots of ants throughout, but especially in the kitchen. The kitchen is poorly stocked. Not one mixing bowl. No whisks or blender among other basic tools. Bathroom is missing toilet paper holders and towel hooks. There is a lot of differed maintenance and the home is poorly lit. Of the lights that were present, some required us to change the bulbs and others were missing knobs. Not sure how they decided which bedrooms received tvs, but two don’t have them.

We respond to all guest messages promptly through the platform. Our message history shows no unanswered messages before or during your stay. We also had successful communication with guests immediately before and after you, both of whom left five star reviews. • Ants and cleanliness. The home is professionally cleaned before every stay. Florida is a tropical climate and ants can appear quickly if food is left out. When guests notify us, we dispatch pest control immediately. No report was received from you during the stay. • Kitchen supplies. The kitchen inventory matches the listing and includes standard cookware and utensils for normal meal preparation. No prior guests reported missing essentials, and no items were reported missing during your stay. • Bathroom fixtures. All bathrooms are functional and stocked. There are no missing toilet paper holders or towel hooks. Our inspection after checkout confirmed this. • Lighting and maintenance. The home is fully lit and maintained. Guests are never expected to change bulbs. No missing knobs or lighting issues were reported to us, and none were found during post stay inspection. • TVs in bedrooms. The listing accurately shows which bedrooms include TVs. This is not misrepresented and is clearly visible in the photos and description. We regret that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, the issues described do not align with the condition of the home, our records, or the consistent five star feedback from many other guests before and after your stay.
