Hi Brian. thank you for your feedback and for staying with us. Regarding the grill, we want to clarify for future guests that we do provide a BBQ grill, however propane refills are not included. This is clearly stated in our House Rules prior to booking. As far as cleanliness, we take this very seriously and would have immediately sent our cleaning team back out if this had been brought to our attention during your stay. We did not receive any message about dust, items left behind, or any concerns with the couch or furniture while you were in the home. We always encourage guests to contact us during the stay so we can quickly resolve any issues in real time. We respond to all guest messages promptly through the platform. Our message history shows no unanswered messages before or during your stay. We also had successful communication with guests immediately before and after you, both of whom left five star reviews. • Ants and cleanliness. The home is professionally cleaned before every stay. Florida is a tropical climate and ants can appear quickly if food is left out. When guests notify us, we dispatch pest control immediately. No report was received from you during the stay. • Kitchen supplies. The kitchen inventory matches the listing and includes standard cookware and utensils for normal meal preparation. No prior guests reported missing essentials, and no items were reported missing during your stay. • Bathroom fixtures. All bathrooms are functional and stocked. There are no missing toilet paper holders or towel hooks. Our inspection after checkout confirmed this. • Lighting and maintenance. The home is fully lit and maintained. Guests are never expected to change bulbs. No missing knobs or lighting issues were reported to us, and none were found during post stay inspection. • TVs in bedrooms. The listing accurately shows which bedrooms include TVs. This is not misrepresented and is clearly visible in the photos and description. We regret that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, the issues described do not align with the condition of the home, our records, or the consistent five star feedback from many other guests before and after your stay.
