Maria did a fine job of communicating and welcoming us. The accommodations were great for my family group of eight adults and young adults. The location is terrific, short walks to nice restaurants, shops, and the wonderful beaches of the great Gulf of Mexico.

Large house, great views! Walkable to a lot of places including the beach. Bathrooms in every room and a pool table with an old school arcade machine. My whole family loved it!!

We rented this home in Bradenton Beach for a Midwestern crew of families plus a group of high school junior girls for Spring Break 2026—and it was exactly what we were looking for. The layout is perfect for group travel: spacious, thoughtfully designed, and having a private bathroom for each bedroom made a huge difference. It gave everyone their own space to recharge while still making it easy to come together for dinners, hanging out, and downtime. The location is a standout. You’re just steps from the beach, which made it incredibly easy to go back and forth throughout the day—no need for a car. Bradenton Beach is such a great, walkable area, and we felt completely comfortable letting the girls explore the island on their own. After beach time, we loved coming back to enjoy the private pool and hot tub—such a great setup for both relaxing and keeping a group entertained. The home looks exactly like the listing photos (always a win), and the hosts were responsive, accommodating, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. This is an ideal vacation rental for families, group trips, or Spring Break travel. We’d absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful home.

This is a beautiful home and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were disappointed that the pool and hot tub were not usable due to the 2 terrible storms that hit the island recently. We still managed to have a wonderful time. It's sad to see so much destruction.

The only place to stay

Our stay was amazing! We had an outting for our sales team and their spouses for the weekend. Upon arrival, the place was clean and the location was perfect. Walking distance to anything you would need. The bedroom layout is broken up which was also great for us as some people stayed up late and hung out while others went to bed early and weren’t disturbed by noise. Each bedroom had their own full bathroom and the mattresses were AMAZING! Pretty much everything was provided for that you could need. Only things we noted were that there was only one roll of paper towerls when we arrived and we couldn’t find a hairdryer in every bathroom. That being said, we were on a beach so it wasn’t important to us. The pool area was well kept and a great addition to our stay. This play would be wonderful for groups of friends or large families. We will be staying here again next chance we get.
