Catalina Foothills location near Ina/Oracle, studio suite off main house with private entrance/backyard. 1 bedroom with queen bed, 1 bath with kitchenette. New tile floor, paint, appliances (under cabinet refrigerator, microwave, cooktop, A/C unit), IKEA cabinetry , closets with plenty of space, ceiling fan and shower with skylight. Plenty of off street parking, bicycle storage, outdoor seating/grill available. Minutes to hiking, biking, outdoor activities, restaurants. Pima Canyon Trail and other hilking 5-10 minutes, shopping at La Encantada 5 minutes, University of Arizona 15 minutes, downtown 20 minutes. Wi-fi included. Serene residential neighborhood in cul de sac. 3rd guest on cot/rollaway for $20/night extra. Pet fee $20. No smoking anywhere on the property.
