NW Tucson Home... Only minutes from shopping, restaurants, golfing, and hiking (to name a few). Situated minutes from I-10 freeway for easy day trips to Phoenix and Norgales, Mexico, plus 20 minutes from downtown Tucson. Close to the Saguaro National Park West for hiking and bird watching.

Our home is DOG FRIENDLY WITH NO ADDITIONAL FEE (provided pets are house trained, permission is given, and a two dog maximum).

Approximately 3 miles from Saguaro National Park West for hiking, scenic drives, picnic areas and camping.

Our 1812 square foot adobe style home has 4 bedrooms, family room, 2 full baths, and a living/formal dining room. It features cathedral ceilings and arched doorways. It is the perfect home for couples, families/friends, and comfortably sleeps up to 6 with a Full (2) in the first bedroom, a Queen (2) in the second, and a Queen (2) in the Master. The fourth bedroom has a fold out couch and is used as a Sitting room. There are two full baths and a Garden tub in the master. The home has a block fence around the entire backyard, and a brick patio. You may read from our collection of books, watch television/movies, or just relax .

The kitchen features a refrigerator with ice maker and water, disposal, dishwasher, stove, microwave, dishes, cookware, and utensils. The family room has a large sectional sofa, and piano. The kitchen nook has seating for four and an island with two bar stools, the formal dining room has seating for 4, and outside on the patio is a table with four chairs. The front room has two sofas. There are 2 televisions, DVD/CD Players and a collection of movies & books. FREE WIRELESS INTERNET!

There is parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway. Also please note that there is a two car garage, but currently Renters do not have access or use of the garage.

WE EXPECT THAT YOU WILL CARE FOR OUR HOME AS IF IT WERE YOUR OWN. This is our home and we love it! For safety there are smoke detectors and a Carbon Monoxide detector. **Outside fires are prohibited** For further information or to make a reservation please email.

Stayed 3 months. Great home in a very safe community. The host is very easy to communicate with and will address any issues immediately. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Bricked in backyard for people traveling with a dog. Would definitely recommend for anyone interested in visiting the Tucson area.

Centralized location

This was a great place to stay. The home is located by restaurants, hiking trails, shopping, everything you need for a great stay in a safe neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay, although weather conditions kept us inside on several days. The TV's are located in the master bedroom and the sitting room which was big enough for the two of us but might be difficult for a family. Other than this issue, the house was fine, spacious and had everything we needed.

The home is located between several outdoor activity areas, is easy access to shopping and restaurants and is located in a nice community. The house is well appointed and the yard is spacious, if you are travelling with dogs. The community feels very safe and secure. We very much enjoyed out time at the home.

The owner was extremely easy to communicate with and very helpful. The house and two car garage was very comfortable.and very well furnished. The location was convenient and close to grocery store, gym and hiking. We enjoyed our two months stay very much.
