The 2 story executive style Villa has 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms, ensuring plenty of individual living space.
The villa overlooks a conservation woodland nature reserve. So the private pool and real spa set in an extended deck area is not overlooked by other properties from the rear.
The entire house is air-conditioned with the addition of ceiling fans in every room, tastefully decorated and is fitted with flat screen TV's (7) throughout,
The games room is equipped above normal standards, with pool, darts, air hockey, foosball, PS3 and Xbox.

Explanation of pool heat;
For your comfort and convenience we have installed two systems of pool heat.
1) Solar, this is always on and is complementary.
2) Electric heat exchange. This is an optional extra, and chargeable. (Recommended from October to April)
If you choose to have the pool heated by electric heat exchange, you only need to advise the host of your request.
As Vrbo do not have a facility for 'options' the cost is charged separately to Vrbo billing. The host will invite you to pay via a separate PayPal request.

Please make sure you read the rental agreement associated with this home. There is nothing onerous in them but make sure you read them as once booked these are the terms that will apply.
Finally please note; Sky Visitor There is a $20 resort charge associated with each booking and each car within that booking. This is to be paid seperately and directly to SkyVisitor system of Emerald Island Resort in advance of arrival.

Super villa and super host

Raphael was an excellent host answering all our questions very well and the information provided was very useful.The villa was spacious and extremely comfortable for us.The hot tub was a lovely bonus. Pool heat probably needed during the winter months. Crockery and utensils were very good quality. Beds very comfortable. The villa was perfectly located for us near to everything.Emerald Island Resort was a fabulous site. Secure and lots of friendly people.We would definitely love to return

Great property- close to all Orlando attractions.

Disappointed about the hot tub but I understand things happen. I did not like the large groups that stay in some houses in the neighborhood - loud at night and hard to enjoy the pool. Thanks toe having us.

Christmas Disney Holiday

The host Raphael was very friendly and quick to respond to any query. Raphael was kind enough to decorate the villa for Christmas for us. The villa was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well stocked for all our needs. Plenty of towels. The Wi-Fi was perfect. No buffering for during streaming or issues with my boys playing Fortnite on their Switches. The pool was cleaned at least twice during our visit, very reassuring. The Emerald Island Resort facilities were excellent i.e. daily rubbish collection, mini golf, nature walk, security entrance. Thank you!

Outdated property, had problems with AC, but was fixed quickly, asked for the pool to be turned off,

But there is a problem with the solar, they could not turn it off, it got to 95. After some communication with the management team I convinced them to set the timer to a night time run, it became cooler but too late, disappointed.

Great Home Near Disney

Long story short- my 8 person family was booked on a cruise out of Miami that was canceled with less than 24 hour notice. We contacted Raphael about booking his home and he was more than accommodating to us. The home is well equipped, clean, and met every need. Due to originally planning on a cruise, we had not packed accordingly for a Disney/ theme park vacation. This house had everything that we needed. We utilized the stroller and freezer ice packs that were in the home for our Disney days and we were so thankful that they were available at the house. The pool and hot tub were a nice relaxing spot after all of the walking at the theme parks. The resort itself is extremely well manicured, quiet, and safe. I cannot recommend this home and owner more for any family. We will certainly look forward to renting this home again in the future.

Great pool, frustrating WiFi and disappointing cleanliness

We stayed for a week with our family with small children and grand parents. The layout of bedrooms worked well for us. Kids loved the activities in the garage. The surrounding area is a nice gated community with playgrounds we could walk to on nice days or go for morning runs. Pool and deck area are nice. We were however disappointed in the cleanliness of the place. We found several pieces of trash (empty chip bag, can of soda, and half eaten bag of gumballs) in the sofa as well as more garbage found under one of the beds upstairs. The fans were incredibly dusty and caused some allergy symptoms. We also went without WiFi for 80% of our week stay. The management company was not very helpful and it went unresolved. The main TV is dated and we had trouble the second half of the week getting it to work. I would recommend this house to a family that wanted a quiet stay without the burden of internet/cable, or simply a place to sleep at night after a day at the parks; but not to someone who plans on staying at the house for their entire stay.

Wonderful vacation.

We spent our Grand children's Spring break with them & their parents in this lovely house. It was central to all the theme parks and other activities we had planned on doing. The house was well stocked and up to date. The boys 7 & 9 LOVED the pool and the game room. I think they would have been just as happy staying at the house for the whole time :). There were plenty of towels and linens for all 6 of us and yes there are beach towels for the pool provided. The few small things that we had a problem with were taken care of in a very timely manner. We would certainly like to thank Raphael for sharing this lovely house with us and helping us to make some awesome memories.

Foi a primeira vez que alugamos uma casa e por isso ficamos muito receosos, mas o Raphael foi muito paciente desde o inicio, respondendo a todas as nossas perguntas o que facilitou muito a nossa decisão de fechar o negócio. A casa é maravilhosa e é realmente como as fotos mostram. A cozinha e lavanderia são muito bem equipadas, os quartos confortáveis e amplos, as duas salas excelentes para quem queria ver TV ou ler um livro. A piscina tem o tamanho ideal para desfrutar um belo e refrescante banho e o hottube é simplesmente demais após um dia na rua, já que mesmo no frio a noite (sim, fez bastante frio) foi possível usar o hottube, e a garagem também foi excelente para a diversão. A casa tinha tudo o que foi preciso para termos uma estadia confortável e inesquecível. O condomínio é super seguro e oferece uma infraestrutura exemplar. Adoramos passear no pequeno bosque que tem no condomínio, inclusive à noite, o que foi uma experiência inédita para o meu filho. E o fato do condomínio ter coleta seletiva só aumentou o prazer de ficarmos nesta casa. Mas é preciso saber inglês, pois todas as orientações, inclusive do alarme, chave de casa, entrada no condomínio, etc estão em inglês. Definitivamente voltaremos e recomendamos esta casa!!!

The EXCELLENT 8458 Secret Key Cove

Prior to arriving at Emerald Island Resort we had received plenty of very useful and welcome information from the owner of the property Ralph > such as directions, listings of local shops/supermarkets, restaurants, etc (including his recommendations) and also how to operate the security alarm. We arrived at the Emerald Island Resort reception and filled out some details and then received our security card pass and that was basically that - in and out within 5mins, very quick and simple. The property looks exactly as per the pictures - extremely nice and very comfortable! :-) The only downside was that when we arrived the A/C was not working properly and had left a damp patch at the top of the stairs by the unit but someone from the local management company came out the following today and I believe repaired the A/C. These things happen so we had no problem and it was great to see that someone was sent to repair so quickly. The only other negative comment I would have is the tv? which did not work very well or maybe we just did not operate it very well!?? haha - to be fair and honest we did not really require the tv that much and it was possibly that we were from the UK that we were unfamiliar with the tv/satellite system/operation? The bedrooms were very nice and of good size, there were more bathrooms than we needed and the kitchen had everything that one would need, the living/dining area was nice and the pool, Jacuzzi and games room were a great bonus at the end of each day at the theme parks. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property to anyone and therefore think that not only the property but Emerald Island Resort also definitely deserve 5star rating! I have owned this house since it was built in 2002.
One of the things that attracted me to this home was the actual resort we are located in but also the nature preserve directly behind our home, which means that it is not overlooked from the rear, so the pool- spa and deck area is private and we have no fear of further development.
Another thing that attracted me to the house was the sense of space that you have once you enter inside the home, with the cathedral ceilings and the private areas in the house. You feel a quiet tranquillity and never feel crowded even with a full house.
We have been in the rental market since we purchased the property in 2002 and we reinvest the rental income back into the home to improve the offering to our guests every year.
I like to visit Florida three or four times a year as its one of my favourite places on earth to be. This gives me time to live in and think of our home and what we have to offer to our guests and to plan improvements for the following year.
I follow a simple rule, is what I offer good enough and would I be happy to pay for it?
One of the key things that make for longevity in the rental market in Florida is a good management company.
A good management company will enhance any home and guest experience and make it seem effortless.
We have a great management company that is both efficient and very responsive to our and to the needs of our guests.
A great management company means that I can concentrate on my business and our guests can concentrate on their reason to be in Florida, their holiday.
