In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 4, the maximum allowed occupancy is 8, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 5.

This Kiawah Island vacation rental offers a private pool and spa, golf course views, and is situated in the exclusive Vanderhorst Plantation. The home is just a 12-minute walk from the beach.

The main level features an open living space with access to the back deck and pool overlooking the golf course. The living area offers plenty of comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV. The updated kitchen features custom cabinetry, tile backsplash, a center island, and an elevated bar with four bar stools. The light-filled dining area offers a long, elegant table with seating for ten. A game room offers a pool table, sitting area, and wall-mounted flat-screen TV. A sitting room off of the foyer features a desk, library, and table for four.

The main floor primary suite features a king bed, sitting area, flat-screen TV, views of the golf course, and private bathroom with double sinks and separate bathtub and shower. Three additional bedrooms - two king bedrooms and one queen bedroom are located on the second level and offer private bathrooms, TVs, and golf views.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Please be advised that the garage is not available for use. Guests are not permitted to park in, store items in, or access the garage during their stay.

The dimensions of the pool are 10' x 25'.

The pool has a gas heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for an additional fee of $75 per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available. Guest reservations of 4 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $300. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!
