3 Bedroom Home, Walk to Lake Erie

Relax at this peaceful home, just a 2-minute walk to Lake Erie, stylishly decorated, and stocked with amenities for a comfortable stay! Take advantage of the fenced-in backyard for your pup! Be sure to venture out and about to explore Cleveland! Located just a block from local Willoughby restaurants, bars, and entertainment, a direct 25-minute drive to downtown CLE, and only a short walk to multiple lakefront parks. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, right between the lake and lots of activity!

There are 2 steps up into the home. All the rooms, except for bedrooms 2 and 3, are on the first floor. There is no basement. The 3rd bedroom has a twin trundle bed that can be transformed to a queen by raising the trundle twin. There is a fenced in backyard, perfect for your pups. Parking in the driveway can accommodate 2 vehicles.

🤫 Please be courteous to neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum when outside.
🚭 If smoking of any kind takes place inside, please note there will be a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning.
🚬 Smoking outside is permitted
🐾 A max of 2 dogs are allowed for an additional $40/night (total not per pet) with a max of $240
🚫 NO underage consumption or drugs.
🎉 NO parties or large gatherings are permitted.

📌⚠️ A friendly reminder to please remove your shoes when entering the house. The driveway has asphalt which can track dirt indoors. This helps us keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. Thank you for your understanding!
