Nestled on the serene shores of Lake Erie in Eastlake, Ohio, this historic lakefront gem offers a perfect blend of timeless elegance and modern comforts. Boasting three spacious bedrooms and three well-appointed bathrooms, this home is a sanctuary of relaxation and charm perfect for a weeklong stay or a quick weekend getaway. Less than 30 minutes from downtown Cleveland, there is easy access to everything our amazing city has to offer including your choice of top culinary delights, cultural sights, and world-renowned hospital systems.

Antique furnishings beautifully complement the home's rich history. The large kitchen is equipped with a commercial gas range, and you’ll find1920's furnishings throughout the living spaces. Walk through the butler's pantry to the adjacent dining area with seating up to 10 where you can enjoy family meals with the backdrop of stunning sunsets over Lake Erie.

The primary suite is a serene retreat, offering panoramic lake views and a luxurious en-suite bathroom. It opens to a deck with seating. Additional bedrooms are spacious and inviting, each with unique character.

There are a total of 6 beds (2 king, 2 full, 1 trundle with 2 singles; plus a queen air mattress and a twin air mattress) in 3 bedrooms, each with its own bath. The home boosts 3500sf with plenty of space to spread out and two decks to enjoy the scenic Lake Erie sunset.

There are external security cameras onsite for the safety and security of the property and our guests. The cameras are facing the front yard and back yard and record audio and video 24/7. Any tampering, covering or disabling of the cameras may be grounds for immediate termination of the rental agreement.

Excellent. The home was perfect for a wintry weekend away with family who gathered from across the miles. Lake views from the house were gorgeous! Home was very accessible for my mom who uses a walker. She loved the historic nature of the decorations in the home too. Hope to visit again!

Amazing stay right on the lake! The house had everything we needed and the views were amazing. We stayed with our five kids while attending a soccer tournament. The house had fantastic views of the lake from the master bedroom, kitchen, dinning room family room and enclosed patio room. Everything was so comfortable. Everything you need is very modern and the house has gorgeous antiques throughout. Gorgeous view of the Lake from the deck and backyard. Great communication from the owner and property manager, and any issues were handled quickly. Many beautiful collections and interesting artwork throughout. We enjoyed our stay so much! I was traveling with older ladies, a couple had walkers. Be aware that everyone needs to be able to go up two or three steps to get into the house, and handle a step here and there inside the house as well. That made it a little challenging for them, but we managed. There are two king beds on the main level in separate bedrooms, and three separate twin beds in the upstairs in one bedroom. There’s a full bath upstairs, and two bathrooms on the main level. It’s a lovely old house with a lovely view of Lake Erie and sunsets!

It’s a great neighborhood with friendly neighbors, excellent restaurants nearby, shopping and amusements. And, of course, the neighborhood is right on the shores of Lake Erie.

What makes this property unique

The Copper Beech House has classic interior finishes and antique furnishings, mixed with modern conveniences, baths and kitchen. Plenty of room. Large bedrooms, along with some eccentricities and whimsy. And it’s on “The Point” with spectacular views. It’s right on Lake Erie!
