The apartment was in a perfect location for our needs. Overall, it was clean, quiet, and comfortable, though the carpets could use replacement. The pool area was very nice and well maintained.Carter was attentive and responsive regarding our parking concerns; however, since this is an apartment managed by a separate company, he served more as a middleman and was not able to directly resolve the issues. If I were rating the management company separately, my rating would be less than five stars.We did experience an ant problem in the kitchen. We found ant spray in the closet and were able to address it ourselves.
