Cocoa Beach

Perfect little condo for a couple looking to enjoy Cocoa Beach. Great view from balcony, short walk to beach, great location that is short drive to everything you need. Once construction is completed next door, it will be a gem.

Great location

We wanted something on the beach and this condo was perfect, it was on the second floor of a two story building. The building is being renovated so not very impressive on the outside. The condo was great, very clean. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful condo with spectacular view

Condo was very nice. The ocean view was amazing. The building next door was being demolished so there was some noise and dust but we knew that beforehand.

Perfect location, beautiful view!

We had the most relaxing time during our stay in cocoa beach. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated inside! My favorite thing was the location; we could walk right out to the beach! We had a peaceful stay without any noise or disturbances (you dont get that in a hotel). Carmen was such a thoughtful and helpful host - the best experience I have had renting a VRBO. We would love to come back soon!

This place was exactly what we were hoping for and ended up being an even better experience than expected. The unit was clean, comfortable, and clearly well cared for, which made it easy to settle in right away. Everything we needed was there, and the space felt relaxing and welcoming from the moment we arrived.The location was a huge highlight. Being right by the beach was already a win, but the absolute standout moment of the trip was watching a Falcon 9 rocket launch from the beach. Standing there and seeing it go up in real time was incredible and completely unforgettable—something you can’t plan for and will be talking about long after the trip is over.Communication with the host, Carmen, was outstanding throughout our stay. She was extremely responsive, friendly, and genuinely attentive. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and the few minor issues that came up were addressed right away without causing any disruption at all. That level of care and professionalism really made a difference and added to how smooth and enjoyable the stay was overall.We would absolutely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to friends or family. A great place, a great host, and a truly memorable experience.
