We are less than 15 minutes from St pete beach & 10 minutes from Treasure island ! Local restaurants/bars , shopping mall , grocery stores, & a quick drive to downtown St Pete.
Enjoy the beautiful outdoor space (which is shared with owners who live on property and our dog Penny & a cat or two & laundry room is shared space) putting green , dining table ,outdoor TV & covered lounging area!
We have 1 dedicated guest parking spot on property.

Beautiful place

Gorgeous garden, gracious hosts. Very well equipped and the pets on the lawn are adorable !! The place is super clean and nice, the TV access was awesome. Everything Is very clean, the only thing I would recommend is more comfy pillows and comforter for the bed, highly recommend !

The Perfect St. Pete Getaway!

My wife and I were in St. Pete for the IndyCar Grand Prix, and Nancy’s apartment was the perfect retreat after spending full days at the track. From the moment we arrived, Nancy greeted us in the driveway with a warm welcome and some great local tips. One evening, when we brought back a pizza to enjoy outdoors, she even came out with paper plates and napkins for us —a thoughtful touch that made us feel truly at home.The apartment itself was a gem—spotlessly clean, bright, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen and bathroom had plenty of supplies, and we were pleasantly surprised by the high-end appliances and stone countertops. The furniture was modern, comfortable, and very inviting, making it easy to relax after a long day.The neighborhood was equally charming, with beautifully restored, century-old homes and quaint brick-paved streets. It’s in a great spot—quiet and peaceful yet just a short drive to the beaches and downtown St. Pete. Plus, off-street parking was a breeze with a private, secluded driveway.Overall, it was a genuine 5-star experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Very Highly recommended!

Our house is the oldest in the neighborhood ! Over 105 years old with lots of charm & wonderful memories :)
