This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

The host was super welcoming and answered messages really quickly! Location was great - super close to a Walgreens, a liquor store, Kroger, farmers market, etc. 10 uber to broadway - super convenient. (If you want to make your trip to broadway more fun, I’d suggest the electric bikes and scooters! Sooo fun)

Property was clean, fun, well-located and just right for our family of six weekend getaway. Pre-ordered groceries were spot on. Farmer’s Market was within walking distance. And price was right.

Accommodations were better than we imagined. Comfort, Cleanliness, location was over the top. Within walking distance we had a Farmers Market, Grocery Store, a Pub with great food and a Liquor Store and we were only a 10 minute ride to downtown. Using Uber is recommended when going downtown Broadway. We would definitely stay at this location if we return next year.

Poor for business travel... Not as nice as the photos.
Traveled for business. Had a company outing and hoped to use the space as a home base where we could work and hang.
Thoughts below:
- The property definitely needed a deep clean. Floors were grimey and it was more comfortable to wear shoes in the house than walk around in socks or barefoot.
- Good for hanging, but not good for work. Internet kept going out. AC was pretty loud but necessary with the humidity.
- Communication was prompt, but results were slow. One of the bathroom sinks was clogged and took 2 days to resolve. One of the hair dryers was broken, and replaced the next day.
Side note: **After we checked out of the apartment**, they compensated us with $175 to a local hot chicken restaurant. We had already left town so the gift card went unclaimed - seems like a creative trick to pretend they care.
Like I said, poor for business travel. Probably great for a bachelor or bachelorette weekend if you're under 30.

Regarding the issues you mentioned, we want to clarify that you reported the hair dryer and one clogged sink on the evening of your arrival. Our maintenance team was on-site by 8:30 AM the next morning. Later that afternoon, when you stated that the hair dryer was still missing, we sent you a photo of it sitting on the counter, and you retracted that concern. We understand the sink was still draining slowly, so we sent maintenance back to address that issue promptly. As for the HVAC noise and internet connectivity, we did not receive any reports during your stay, and we have had no recent complaints about the internet. We also didn’t hear about any cleanliness issues from you at the time. We offered a gift card as a recovery gesture, and while we missed the message with your email initially, we sent it the following morning. We value all guest feedback as it helps us improve. We appreciate your insights and hope to provide a better experience in the future. Thank you!
