Our apartment will provide you and your family the perfect vacation rental right in the heart of Aventura. Our 3 bedroom/2 bathroom unit will comfortably fit a family of eight including children or a group of six adults.

Here is a description of our beautifully decorated, fully furnished in a modern style unit:

BEDROOMS:
-MASTER BEDROOM: Large suite with a king size bed. Comfortable mattress with springs and double pillow top, private bathroom, walk-in closet, 42' Plasma w/ remote control and Cable TV, luggage holder, security safe, table lamps, alarm clock.
-BEDROOM 2: Two twin beds, night stand with table lamp, dresser, luggage holder and closet.
-BEDROOM 3: Two double beds, baby crib (upon request), nightstand with table lamp, chest of drawers, luggage holder and walk-in closet.
All mattresses have bed bug mattress protector ✔

KITCHEN:
- Kitchen has been fully renovated with new appliances! Washer and Dryer are also available inside apartment. Kitchen is stocked with utensils, dishes, pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster, cordless electric kettle, large microwave, refrigerator, freezer w/ outside cold water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, SHABBT HOT PLATE and more...

GENERAL AMENITIES:
Living Room area includes a 55'' flat screen TV with Home Theater system and U-verse cable TV, dining area with a round table and comfortable dining chairs, counter top with adjustable bar stools, Free WIFI internet, free local calls, balcony access with 2 chairs and table. We also provide you an umbrella and 2 beach chairs for you to carry to the beach.

About the Condominium:
The Yacht Club at Aventura is a safe, 24hr gated community with excellent amenities for the entire family. It offers a resort-style large heated pool and Jacuzzi , fitness center, two tennis and basketball courts, indoor racquetball, BBQ area, marina access, and a business center with free internet, printer, fax machine and an ATM available.
The Yacht Club condominium is located in the quiet residential area of Aventura, walking distance to the Safra Synagogue & around the corner from the Aventura Mall, the largest shopping mall in Florida.

Its great location provides very easy and convenient access to South Beach, Sunny Isles, Miami Beach, Hollywood, and Fort Lauderdale area. It is also near the Gulfstream Village Park and Casino, Waterway Shoppes, Bal Harbour mall, plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and much more!

Get your work-out on at the Yacht Club Gym, or go for a nice evening stroll in the 3-mile jogging and exercise trail going around the prestigious Turnberry Golf Course, located right outside the residence.

Enjoy our beautiful, fully renovated, and very well equipped apartments in one of the most sought-after areas in South Florida. We strive to make your stay enjoyable and to help make a memorable vacation in our beautiful Miami. Stay with us and you will not regret it!
The apartment may be susceptible to construction sounds between 8 am to 5 pm for a project in front the street.
Terms and Agreement:

CLEANING FEE:
We charge a one-time cleaning fee of $180.

CONDOMINIUM FEE:
We charge $110 condominium fee which includes the use of the amenities and a decal with barcode for your car which allow you to enter the condominium without having to wait in line.

RENTAL CONTRACT:
When booking your vacation through the VRBO booking located at the top right of the page, you will be prompted to read our cancellation policy and our house rules. Once you have accepted the policies, we will review the reservation specs and make a decision as to accept or reject the rental. Once we have accepted, the first payment of 50% of the cost will be processed. 21 days before the arrival date, you will need to complete the second payment which will be the other 50% of the cost. Upon us receiving your second payment, we will send you a Condominium Registration Form through e-mail and we ask that you send it back at your earliest convenience. This is done in order to comply with the condominium rental policies.
Upon your arrival at our apartment, we ask that you provide us with credit card information so that we can hold it as our security deposit. The credit card will be charged in the case of damage property or serious violations of apartment policy.

CHECK-IN & OUT:
The time of check-in is 4PM and time of check-out is at 11AM. We may be flexible if we do not have another renter coming or leaving in the same day.

We had a great vacation in Aventura. The property was exactly as advertised—clean and located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Mario, the host, was very responsive and helpful prior to our trip, though we didn’t need to reach out during our stay since everything went smoothly. Staying at Mario’s was an absolute dream! Check in was easy, place was as clean as could be and wifi was very fast (great if you plan to work remotely). Perfect for a family

Mario was a great host. He met us at the unit, gave us clear instructions and showed us highlights of his condo and the complex. His unit is clean and well maintained with a great layout. The pool was convenient and clean and it was easy to get chairs. The location was convenient to both the beach and Miami. We would highly recommend it!!!

Stay near aventura

Owner met us at checkin and told us what we needed to know which was helpful. Lots of towels and some mini bath products which was great. Well stocked kitchen and clean. We made lots of use of the tennis court which was easy to use. The location was convenient for us. Lots of space for my family of 6. The only space for improvement would be to update the mattress in the master bedroom. The rest of the beds were comfortable for my kids but the master mattress was dated and needs replacing.

The third time we came to vacation in Miami we knew we wanted to rent from Marcela and Mario again. Unfortunately for us, our usual rental, was already booked. It was then that Mario mentioned to us about his second, brand new unit in the same building, which we rented right away. It was AMAZING! The apartment is fully renovated and very well decorated. They made this second unit extremely nice and very well-equipped with everything we could imagine, and more!! Our family of 5 was very comfortable and happy with our entire stay! The amenities at the Yacht Club are great and we were able to take advantage of them and the apartment as well. The location of this place is unbeatable and it offers great opportunities for doing sports, shopping, going to the beach, and to all tourist spots in Miami with very easy access. Condo was exactly as shown. Just lovely! Owner was very helpful and pleasant. There is quite a bit of vehicle noise outside but we managed to get used to it in our time here. We enjoyed the balcony very much. We would definitely return to this or one of the owner’s other units.

Much needed respite from the cold!

My family spent a wonderful week here at the Yacht Club. We have stayed at this location before but this unit was extra special. All updated, clean, tastefully decorated and a real oasis!. Mario was so quick to respond to questions and was a very attentive host. One thing I would suggest to make the place even better would be to have some poolside friendly dinner plates, cups and wine glasses. We enjoyed the outdoor grill which is by the pool but there is no glass/breakable items allowed. This didn't take a way from our much enjoyed time away but it would make an even better experience for future guests. We would like to come back at the same time in 2020...We all used the tennis equipment and basket ball. It was really great to have that on hand.

Nice location and condo

Communication with the owner is great. Our plane was delayed and he sat and waited for our arrival to got us set up late at night. Positives Mario is wonderful to work with This is close to and amazing mall with great eateries and activities for kids. The beach isn’t far either. Beds are super comfortable Clean and nicely decorated Saved money on eating in with grocery store nearby Close to Miami and Fort Lauderdale as well as dolphins stadium Nice pool hot tub and grill Walking path nearby Negatives Loud traffic and beeping and borders a busy road. One day the road flooded and beeping started non stop at six am and woke us all up. People were trapped and cars abandoned and police came. Everyone was shouting. We went outside to watch and the first floor neighbor started yelling at us to be quiet. She didn’t realize what was going on as she had a wall blocking her view but clearly we were not the ones beeping and yelling. There are lots of rules. I got this condo so my boys could used the fitness center. Turns out you must be 18. They got yelled at for throwing a ball to each other at the pool. Things like that. Just a bit intense. There is no bathtub. Didn’t realize this when I booked but we had a toddler who fell sick and had no way to comfort him with a bath. He isn’t used to showers. All in all we would return because Mario is great and location is super nice. Just would go in knowing about the rules and loud street. Thanks for being a gracious host Mario.

We are Mario and Marcela.
We moved with our family from Argentina in 2003 and we bought our first apartment in the States at The Yacht Club in Aventura. There, we formed our first home in the US and lived in that apartment for four wonderful years.

During our time at the Yacht Club, we especially enjoyed the great amenities and of the excellent Aventura area. We spent many days at the pool, had Argentinian-style BBQs, played tennis in the evening, and sat out on the deck fishing and watching the boats go by on the canal.

Now, we moved to a larger apartment to accommodate our family, but we are still nearby! We currently have three nicely renovated and decorated rental units at the Yacht Club and we are very excited to have you stay over! We love what we do and we are always available to assist our guests. We will be happy to help you in planning your stay and we strive to help make your stay a wonderful, relaxing one!

At the beginning of 2013, we inaugurated our second rental apartment at the Yacht Club.
We decided to invest in this new property because of the great success and experience we have renting our other property in the floor below.
During the past 5 years we have received many families from all over the world who come to vacation in Miami. We have gained tons of experience and we know what your needs are when you are travelling.
We enjoy having people stay in both of our units, and we try to make your vacation an unforgettable experience!
