Nice location

Apartment was nice, it had all the things necessary for a longer stay, location is good. This is from a 3rd party company that leases nation wide. Price for the apartment was competitive, but they wanted lease (longer than two months) paid in full up front. Lease did not include parking, but when inquired about parking, 3rd party wanted 200 percent above local property manger's parking rate. When inquired about the reason for a steep rate, the response was not justifiable. They were fair in their evaluation to return deposit once lease ended.
