Sanibel Siesta on The Beach, Unit 702. Light and bright unit with a tropical theme within an easy walk to the beach or pool. Enjoy a lazy afternoon on the lanai or play in the sand! Come spend your Sanibel vacation with us! This spacious 2 bed/2 bath non-smoking unit features all the comforts of home plus everything Sanibel Island has to offer. The master suite has a king bed and access to the private screened lanai. The guest room has twin beds but can be made into a king upon request. The large living/dining room leads to a screened lanai overlooking a tropical pond and a side view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal or your favorite tropical drink (ice-maker in freezer). Other amenities include central air, 3 satellite flat-screen TVs, queen-size sleeper sofa, linens, and a starter pack of soaps, paper products and coffee. You will also enjoy your own private garage containing beach chairs and beach umbrella for your convenience. Beach towels are available for rent or purchase from our on-site office. Sanibel Siesta offers tennis courts, heated swimming pool, WiFi, bike rentals, shuffleboard, gas grills, laundry facilities and elevators, all in a lush tropical setting with amazing sunsets! We are conveniently located within walking distance of a golf course and restaurants. Reservation pricing is based on a party of 4. A $25 daily fee will apply for any 5th or 6th person over the age of 5. Parties over 4 people, but the 5th and 6th person are 5 or under, a 1-time extra linen charge of $25.00 will apply. Max occupancy is 6 including children and infants. NO PETS.

We really enjoyed out stay! One thing to note is that this is a very quiet property (lots of retirees). The pool rules are fairly strict, but also not strongly enforced - no music, no alcohol, no pool floats, and adults only swim from 12:00 - 1:00. The check in process could have been better. We arrived at 11:00pm and the office was closed. Fortunately we were able to find the office phone number. We were directed to stop by the resort next door to pick up a room key. I would have felt more comfortable had this information been shared in advance. We appreciated having lots of beach toys and chairs. We had a 5 month old and 3 year old in tow, and would absolutely return with them. Thanks for a great vacation!

Wonderful property!!!!

I would recommend this property over any other that I’ve visited in Sanibel. Clean, easy and affordable. You get your money’s worth here. I loved the details of the landscape, having a garage space and access to our own beach equipment. We will be back ASAP

Excellent apartment right on the beach

Sanibel is a beautiful island. This was our second stay but the first at Sanibel Siesta. On arrival, we parked at the rear of the premises and it did not look attractive, but once inside the apartment our spirits lifted. A very nicely appointed apartment with two lovely bedrooms, kitchen, dining and sitting area, plus two balconies, one looking over a pond. Each apartment has a garage for the car and contained chairs and other 'toys' for the beach. The lovely sandy Sanibel beach was just yards away from the apartment. We had booked for 3 nights but stayed for 5. Reception staff were very helpful and welcoming. We would definitely return on our next trip to Florida.

Peaceful and lovely

This was our second stay at Sanibel Siesta. We love the location. The rooms are neat and clean. The grounds are well maintained and nicely landscaped. It's a lovely place to stay. Some people with kids might find it too quiet. We like that aspect. It feels like we live there. We'll definitely be back again.
