You’ll have full access to every part of this 4-acre property with a 3-hole disc golf course on site.
The charm of this custom-built home shines from every carefully-planned area:
-Newel post at the bottom of the stairs
came from gazebo in downtown Oakland in the late 1800s
- Arched front porch matches the interior arches in the kitchen and represents the flow of the Youghiogheny River
- Stacked stone indoor gas fireplace carries same arch; represents the flowing river
-Cherry floors and cabinets made from the cherry trees on the property when cleared to build
Work from home as desired in your private office or escape from work playing ping pong, foosball, or darts in the game room.
Golf is across the street! Wisp Ski Area is a short drive, Swallow Falls and Herrington Manor are just two gorgeous State Parks within a few miles. Deep Creek Lake is less than 5 miles.
