We loved staying at the Sloane School! It was modern yet so cozy. It had everything we needed, there were only three of us but there was plenty of room for more. The hot tub was delightful, the bathrooms were beautiful, the kitchen was so nice and everything was immaculate! I would stay there again in a heartbeat!
We had a lovely time. The house was clean and cozy. It was also close to area attractions like hiking, shopping, restaurants, Bromley, and Stratton. We loved the Stratton snow-making pond area for swimming, walking, and running. The pups loved it there, too! Hosts were kind and responsive.
We really enjoyed our stay at Slade School. It felt more like staying with friends than a rental. The kitchen and great room had a lot of personal touches and there was plenty of room for everyone. We caught the meteor showers by the bonfire—amazing!
This property is beautiful and well-designed, with every cozy aspect planned out. The owners were very accommodating and this enabled us to stay 2 extra nights with them, which we really enjoyed with our 2 and 5 year old. We visited local farms, took walks, and enjoyed the hot tub. We would return in a heart beat!

Thank you so much for your kind words. We are thrilled that you loved Slade School and we can't wait to have you back again!
Stepping into this beautifully renovated vacation home feels like entering a serene mountain retreat, complete with all the bells and whistles. It’s nestled in a peaceful setting, yet only a stone’s throw from the slopes. After a quiet morning enjoying the calm surroundings, within minutes you could be enjoying one of the 3 local mountains or strolling downtown Manchester. It's a great location regardless of the season and a beautifully appointed house. Can't wait to return.
We loved this home!! It was a beautiful, cozy & comfortable property, & it was everything we hoped for!! Close to Manchester, with secluded & manicured grounds. The interior is spacious, updated, well stocked, & had plenty of room for our 2 families that shared the properties while attending the HITS Vermont summer festival show. Our teens loved the outdoor spa, & roasting s’mores on the outdoor fire put. It definitely offered something for everyone!! Truly a wonderful experience!!
