Great stay! Condo meet expectations. Great space and beach accesss. The two balconies always provided a shady spot to relax. There were enough supplies to start our week (TP, soap, etc). The manager was very responsive. The small building complex was quiet and so was the pool space. Furnishings were comfortable and the kitcehn was very functional. Would stay again. Lovely area and beautiful beach plus close to Clearwater fun and St. Pete culture.

Relaxing Time Away

We loved the balconies to both the beach and the narrows and enjoyed having space to spread out. The small complex is nice and quiet and having the elevator go straight up to the door to the condo was a nice bonus. It was our first time in this area and we enjoyed the laid back, relaxing, uncrowded atmosphere! We also enjoyed some amazing sunsets!!!

The host gave me some of the important entry information hours after we arrived. The chairs on the balcony facing the Gulf are falling apart, all the fasteners are loose; we almost had an accident with the chair breaking apart. The metal beach chairs are also stored on the balcony and my sister did fall on the beach when the chair broke beneath her. The toilet flush mechanism in the guest bathroom is corroded and difficult to access to flush. All the beds were old mattresses and uncomfortable. We had ants everywhere. Areas of the condo where there was old water damage weren’t repaired well. Just an old, uncared for condo with a world class view. We’ve spent many years vacationing in FL, specifically the Indian Rocks Beach Area, Marco Island, and Ft Meyers Beach area, and this was the least acceptable condo we’ve rented so far.

Perfect location on the beach. Easy access to the best beach we’ve ever visited. Perfect sand and warm water. Easy contact with the owner and check inn was smooth. Only thing that wasn’t perfect was the pool arrest and lack of a good barbecue-grill. The pool is rather small and crowded and the pooldeck is not well maintained. Thad was a property issue and not due to this apartment. The apartment is well equipped, nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Good aircon and beautiful view to the Gulf. A new dinningtable on the balcony would be a nice update.

Beautiful sunsets

the place was amazing!! With both balconies we could see the sunrise and the sunset and it was well stocked with plenty of towels and pots and pans and everything that you could need and we had a beautiful beach just steps away.

Fantastic Views!!

The condo was very roomy and the two balconies allowed us to watch the sun come up and watch it go down. The area is very private and well-kept. We had a fantastic time and can’t wait to go back!

Such a great Condo! Very clean and more then enough room for all five of us to spread out in. It’s right on the Gulf and steps from the beach. We had such an amazing and magical time looking for shells and just listening to the water and watching the sunsets! The condo unit was VERY quiet and well maintained and owner Peter was very easy to work with and was quickly responsive to any questions I had. Can’t wait to stay again!

Perfect Family Beach Rental

The rental was perfect for our family of 4 - two adults and two teens. The condo was clean and spacious. We loved the easy access to the beach and pool, plus all of the beach towels, toys, chairs, and umbrellas. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance, while the beach was quiet and not crowded at all in front of the condo. Beautiful views from both balconies. We loved our stay and would definitely book this rental again. Thank you!

Our condo was freshly painted and had beautiful, comfortable new furniture. It was well stocked with everything we needed for a great vacation. Our host, Peter Murphy was very attentive and checked with us occasionally to make sure we we're having a good time and to see if we needed anything.

Young Family type of place

The double balcony is certaintly a plus especially during the summer. The furniture is not ideal for older adults and individuals with back problems. Very low toilet seat in the master bath.

Beautiful Condo in a Beautiful Location

We loved this space! We are regular visitors to IRB. The 2 balconies were wonderful to have. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us. Kitchen was well appointed. Best of all, we felt like the condo was very clean. I’m picky about where I stay, and this gem felt like home. Beds were comfortable, sheets & bedding were fresh, bathrooms great. We practically had the beach to ourselves. Thank you for a wonderful stay & great communication. We would highly recommend this property!

Beachfront Beauty

Our stay was fantastic. We were so happy with the views from both balconies. The condo itself is well maintained and stocked with just about everything we needed. We added a few extra beach chairs since there was 6 of us staying. Check in was smooth once we found the elevator access keys and figured out which elevator to take. It is spelled out in the check-in notes what elevator to take, but being unfamiliar with the building, it took us a minute to figure it out. Parking is a little tight, but that's the case for most condos there with underneath parking like that. I would recommend this condo and look forward to coming back again.

Our New Favorite

We absolutely loved the property. Peter was great to work with and made everything easy. The location was perfect and gave us a quiet stretch of beach nestled in between some of the larger nearby properties - but most days you could count on your fingers the number of people you could see in either direction anyway. The property was clean and well-maintained, with plenty of beach toys for the kids and chairs for mom and dad. The pool was very nice as well, although I might caution folks with kids that the other inhabitants of the building were a bit more sensitive to typical kid activity than some other places we have stayed :) But we loved everything about the condo and definitely hope to be back in future years!

Disappointed

Compared to the other condos we have rented over the last 7 years, this location and quietness was great. However, pics were deceiving. Between no light in the refrigerator, no light on the microwave over the stove, a bedside stand light with no bulb, a nonfunctioning bathroom fan, wood furniture with warped drawers, no television in one of the bedrooms and decorative pillows with holes we were disappointed with the condo. I did speak with property manager regarding the non functioning lights but received no response. Over the years we have stayed at owner/manager condos who cared about our concerns … I guess we got spoiled.

Beautiful views

The views are the star of this condo. The location is perfect. The condo has two balconies with a view of the gulf and a view of the intracoastal waterway. We enjoyed the sunrise and sunset. Pros: The owner is great to work with and responded to us right away. The beds are comfortable and there were plenty of towels in the bathrooms. The kitchen was equipped with dish soap, hand soap and coffee pods for the Keurig. The pool is heated and the chairs for relaxing around the pool are comfortable. Parking is good with private elevator access to the condo. Cons: The unit was not clean in places. There was popcorn under the sofa cushions and the cushions were dirty. The floor in the hallway bathroom was not clean. However the owner sent out the cleaning crew the next day and they washed the sofa cushions and cleaned the bathroom. The hallway bathroom needs to have the very old tub replaced and the shower water pressure is very low. . The furniture on the balconies needs to be replaced. The condo is old and needs to be remolded. The condo association needs to fix the chipped tiles and concrete around the pool. Corrosion on the balcony hand rail brackets isa safety issue.

West Coast Vista 3A is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beach in Indian Rocks Beach! We've been coming to this area for 10 years and this condo is one of the best we've ever had! Everything was just as advertised and the hosts were very responsive when a minor leak was discovered. We saw so much wildlife, just from our condo balcony (Pelican being saved from fishing line, numerous dolphins making their daily trek and some even jumping out of the water, seemingly playing)! We would absolutely love to return to the West Coast Vista condo, again! Thank you to the hosts!!
