The host was amazing. He was a big help lining up transportation to and from airport. He also helped book our excursions. The house was beautiful and an easy walk to several restaurants. I highly recommend this property!

This property is incredible! The location (2 minute walk to the beach, with restaurants also a 2 minute walk away) was extremely convenient. The attention to detail in the amenities in the house itself (tupperware, ziploc bags, plenty of laundry detergent, etc.) is the best I've seen in any rental. The house was also extremely clean and well maintained, with incredibly comfortable beds.Jason is extremely responsive and friendly, and very knowledgeable about the island - he was very helpful in giving us options for activities and excursions and helping coordinate things like rental cars, etc. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We are from New Jersey, USA. We love renting a boat on Elizabeth Harbor and visiting the lazy river, Chat-N-Chill, Coconut Club, and Baymhani. Two of our favorite beaches are Cocoplum beach and Jolly Hall beach. When we aren't working, in-school, or in Exuma, we are hitting the ski slopes in Vermont, Jackson Hole, and Utah!

Why they chose this property

While on a family vacation in 2022 my wife and I along with our 4 kids fell in love with Exuma’s pristine waters. The rest is all history!! Family time is very important to us so the thought of waiting in line on vacation or being forced to wake up early and reserve those pool or beach chairs is simply exhausting. We like uncrowded ski slopes and beaches that feel private! As a guest of Vantage Point Exuma, our team will assist in planning your dream vacation and show you all of Exuma’s hidden secrets that our family has come to love!

Vantage Point is extremely unique because it is located in the Resort Community of Emerald Bay with unobstructed Ocean views and direct Golf Course Access! This Luxury Villa was completed in 2025 and everything is brand new!
