• Starting in September 2026: They will begin working their way around the entire building to launch the remaining work.

• Balconies will be sealed and re-coated, requiring closure for up to one week. Balcony furniture will be moved inside the unit. Schedule TBD.

The living area includes a large stylish L-shaped sectional sofa and three recliners, perfect to gather with family and friends while enjoying the 65” Smart (HDTV) Flat-Screen Television or movies with the 4K Ultra HD Blu-Ray Player.

You can certainly indulge in some needed rest and relaxation in the two luxuriously appointed bedrooms, both with premium mattress sets, ceiling fans, high thread-count linens, and smart flat-screen TVs. The primary bedroom includes direct balcony access and a king size bed. The guest bedroom offers two queen beds and a blue ray DVD player. The beautiful newly renovated ensuite primary bath offers plenty of space, a dual vanity area with a lighted mirror,100% cotton bath towels, a large walk-in shower, a stand-alone soaking tub with an incredible beach view, and remote-controlled woven shades for your privacy. The newly renovated second bath offers 100% cotton bath towels, a lighted mirror, a glassed-in shower/tub combination with a low-profile tub allowing easier access in and out.

This resort pairs recreation with relaxation and offers many amenities including two outdoor beachfront pools, an indoor heated pool with a jetted spa, tennis courts, a state-of-the-art fitness center and a charcoal grilling area.
