This house is in a great location--convenient to the beach and downtown Bethany. It is spacious with 7 bedrooms: one with a king sized bed and 4 of which have queen sized beds, and two with sets of twin beds. The house has two master bedroom suites, each with a private bathroom and a deck. The house sleeps and accommodates 14 comfortably. There are 5 full bathrooms and two outside showers. There is on site parking for 4 cars and a 400 square foot screened in porch which comes in handy for outdoor dining, crab feasts, and entertaining friends and family. There is also a large living room, a dining room and a den as well as a first floor bedroom if someone doesn't care for climbing steps.

The house is wonderful and we had rooms to spare!

The house was decorated in yellows and blues and quite comfortable. The bedrooms are spacious and more than adequate as well as the bathrooms. We enjoyed the screened in room for several meals and the many balconies were very special for personal time! I read my book on my balcony til 1am and it was delightful. We had a difficult time finding the house as the color is now yellow and it is on a corner. Two house numbers would be nice. There was plenty of parking unlike many places. The owner is available, but maybe too much so and was underfoot before checkout time while we were scurrying to pack up...

Great house, great location!

This house was perfect for me and my friends during our week-long visit. Most of the group was working remotely M-W, and the house was large enough that we were able to disperse without issue and we had no issues with WiFi. Given these circumstances, being a block from the beach was amazing - it was an easy stroll to pop down after the work day or during a spare hour. Steve was very informative and made sure we had everything we need - the many beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. were a huge help! It was a wonderful trip. Definitely recommend staying here, and we can't wait to come back!

Great location!

This is a great family beach house. Just a short walk to the beach and a few blocks from town makes it easy to access everything. The house is a little worn in spots but it was the perfect place for little kids. There isn’t much of a yard but the large screened in porch made for a nice play spot for our two and three year old when we weren’t at the beach.

Beach Easy

The house was super spacious and decorated with happy yellows and blues. We LOVED the huge side screened in porch. It was perfect for eating and keeping our beach items. Nice touch with two refrigerators and two dishwashers. Thank you Steve for taking such great care of us!

Perfect Beach House

My entire family absolutely LOVED this beach home! It was decorated beautifully, clean, spacious and the location was perfect. Steve, the property manager, went above and beyond to make our vacation special. He communicated frequently and even stopped by twice to make sure everything was ok with our stay. They even provided niceties, like paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, hand soap, trash bags, etc. We all want to come back next year!! It was perfect ☺️

Best host ever.

Our host, Steve, was quickly responsive to our questions. He was available and eager to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The property was clean and exactly as presented. If anything we were more impressed with the house. Highly recommended!

Ladies Weekend Getaway

This was the perfect getaway for a group of 40 something moms! The spacious house allowed us to spread out comfortably. The gathering spaces were perfect for our group to chat and play board games. The proximity to Main Street was ideal! Walking into town for breakfast, dinner and shopping was refreshing and convenient. The property is well-maintained and beautifully decorated. We all agreed we'd like to return next year!

We enjoy this house as well as sharing it with our tenants. We strive to make it as comfortable and inviting as possible as is evidenced by the fact that we have several families who return year after year.

Why they chose this property

Bethany is a laid back community but is still convenient to Ocean City, Maryland and Rehobeth Delaware (and the outlets). Bethany is just a very nice family friendly place to unwind and take a vacation.

What makes this property unique

Our house is conveniently located and close to both the beach and Bethany's downtown businsesses and restaurants. There is a bedroom and a bath on the first floor if someone does not like climblng steps. The 400 square foot screened in porch provides additonal space for outdoor dining and entertaining. 2 master bedrooms on the second floor, each with a private bath and private deck. Each ot the third floor bedrooms also have private decks. 2 outdoor showers and 4 onsite parking spaces. This house is one of the few in Bethany with a garage where we keep charcoal grills and bicycles. We also provide linens and bath towels
