This place is fantastic. The house is beautiful and so well equipped. It has everything you need, and is a great spot for 8 people. The boat is amazing and so kind and helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Our group loved this house. It’s close to everything and has all the basic amenities a few things we were very grateful for - like having fans in the rooms as we all sleep with them for white noise. Everything was very clean and the house overall is very nice. The hosts were very accommodating and very responsive. Would absolutely recommend this house for anyone looking to stay in Denver

This home was perfect for our group of 4. The kitchen and large dining table made meals together easy, and the beds were very cozy. Plus, the neighborhood is great for walking to very delicious coffee spots (big plus).A few small notes: the patio furniture could use a good cleaning/covering, and the towel supply is a bit slim (one per person), so pack an extra if you’re a "two-towel" girlie! Also, grab a wine opener on your way in. Overall, a great experience and we’d definitely rent it again!

House was as expected - clean and comfortable. Had plenty of space for the 5 adults. Hosts were very communicative, responsive, and accommodating. The location was great for walking or catching rides to downtown.
