Welcome to The Seashell Cottage, a charming piece of Anna Maria Island history where old Florida charm meets modern comfort. Built in 1925 during the Roaring Twenties, this beautifully preserved beach cottage invites you to slow down, soak up the island atmosphere, and enjoy the simple pleasures of coastal living.
From the cheerful yellow exterior, Bermuda shutters, and vintage peacock blue front door to the original architectural details inside, every corner of this home celebrates the timeless character of Old Florida. Spend your days strolling to the sugar-white Gulf beaches, browsing local boutiques, or enjoying nearby island restaurants—all just a short walk away.
The fully equipped kitchen makes dining at home easy, while the tropical backyard offers the perfect setting for outdoor meals with a gas grill, lush landscaping, and peaceful Gulf breezes. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower before relaxing on the cozy porch.
The primary suite features a king bed with a private ensuite bath, while the guest bedroom offers twin beds and its own ensuite bathroom. A sleeper sofa provides additional accommodations, allowing up to six guests to stay comfortably.
Complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, washer and dryer, linens, towels, and a fenced backyard complete this unforgettable island retreat.

House Rules & Important Information
• Residential Neighborhood – You are vacationing in a residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors by keeping noise levels at a reasonable volume at all times. Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or any activity that disturbs neighboring properties is strictly prohibited.
• No Parties or Events – Parties, receptions, gatherings, and events are not permitted unless specifically approved in writing by Florida Dreams Realty.
• Quiet Hours – 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
• Occupancy – Only registered guests listed on the reservation may occupy the property unless prior written approval has been obtained.
• Minimum Age Requirement – Reservations are accepted only from guests 25 years of age or older. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian staying at the property.
• Parking – Maximum of 2 vehicles permitted.
• Pet Policy – Dogs welcome. Pet fee is $200 per pet plus applicable taxes. Maximum of 2 pets unless otherwise approved by Florida Dreams Realty.
• No Smoking – Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the home.
• Check-In – 4:00 PM
• Check-Out – 10:00 AM
• Rental Agreement Required – A signed Florida Dreams Realty Rental Agreement is required for all reservations.
Cancellation Policy
• More than 90 days prior to arrival: Refund of deposits paid less a $250 cancellation fee.
• Less than 90 days prior to arrival: All deposits received are forfeited.
• Less than 60 days prior to arrival: All monies paid toward the reservation are forfeited.
• All cancellations must be submitted and confirmed in writing.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
