This home is located 3 minutes from historic downtown, 20 minutes from 3 local beaches and just down the street from at Greenfield Lake with its amazing amphitheater and 7 miles of paved bike paths, walkways, bridges, with boat ramp and kayak rentals just 2 blocks from the door! Fun in the sun!
