We take cleanliness seriously, and while it’s possible some dirt was tracked in by guests during the stay, we’ll be reinforcing our cleaning checks to make sure the floors are spotless for every arrival. We also appreciate you pointing out the peeling and slick bathtub, and we’ll have our maintenance team address that as well. Thank you again for staying with us.
