Fabulous stay. Excellent location, clean, and nicely decorated/renovated. We had everything we needed. Loved everything about this property. Would definitely stay again.
This was our 3rd stay at this unique little place. Its very walkable to Historic Dickson and many restaurants. Comfortable amenities and responsive owner. Will be back.
We had a restful and amazing time at College Street Staytion. It was the perfect spot for our temporary need. Highly recommend! Great restaurants and shopping within walking distance too, for out of town guests wanting the perfect spot in Dickson. Thank you!!!!
Great stay and experience at the College St. Staytion! As described and much more...very private yet very accessible to all local downtown offerings. With a quick walk, we enjoyed great breakfast bagels, great BBQ options at one of the local favorites – Back Alley BBQ, topped with a nice dinner out to celebrate a special birthday. We will definitely be back and next time…perhaps bring the pups as this place is very accommodating for the fury friends. That said, also well appointed and very clean for a very comfortable stay. Thank you Amber for being such a great host and the thorough communication…we’ll be back soon!
Property was as advertised, loved it so much. The location was perfect, just a short walk downtown to the shops and restaurants. The hostess was fantastic and very responsive and so very polite. I travel to Dickson often for work and plan on staying here again.
Very well thought out floor plan and decor allowed for a very comfortable stay. The property is within walking distance to downtown Dickson which is also a plus. Enjoyed our visit. Will come again.
Amenities, spaces, and property details are very clear. I'm sorry that it caused issues in your stay because of your oversite. Because of liability concerns, we've chosen not to have an oven or grill on the property at this time.
Pet rules & house rules when bringing pets are very clear as well. We do request that all pets that may be destructive when left alone be crated so that property isn't damaged and billed for, as in your case, with the excessive scratch marks to the living room door and paint damage that needed repairing.
Super Clean and Dog Loving amenities, with an industrial revival Warmth and welcoming feel !!The Inn Keepers are proud of their Home and Love the old Dickson town. They are spear heading the property development and revitalization of the oldest part of Dickson town. This warm getaway home Welcomes you and your Furbaby to clean water bowls Spare leash and absolutely Perfect separate entrance and exit to an open and airy side yard play area for your four legged buddy where you can enjoy your morning coffee , or , even better a cozy fire pit and cocktail patio where you can enjoy the stars and sounds of Dickson . Very secure and safe and plenty of parking. Brand new sparkling kitchen and clean bathroom and shower and delightful living room and cozy blankets pillows throughout. You will visit again and again.Andy and Rebecca Lynn.-

Wow guys, thank you so much for the wonderful review! I'm so happy that you enjoyed your stay and were happy & comfy.
My husband and I came up from AL to see my son run a race over at Montgomery Bell State Park (which isn't too far away). The host, Amber, was very helpful and quickly answered any questions we had. We have been to the area before and Main Street has some great places to eat and from this rental it is just a short walk. The place is exactly as described and pictured. We would certainly consider this rental again.
I picked Staycation because my daughter’s dog is intolerant of other dogs due to trauma before she adopted her and Beckett, my Snoodle,is my travel buddy. I was visited everyday by my daughter and granddaughters (6 and 3). They absolutely found the place enchanting and loved playing with Beck in the fenced in area. And close enough to fabulous dining downtown Dickson!

Place was awesome
Should have read a little closer. Did not realize there was no stove but it gave us a chance to get out and see Dickson and try some local food. Would definitely stay again
We had an amazing time and would recommend this place wholeheartedly. The wonderful Main Street is a short walk away. Amber was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We brought our dog and she even had everything prepared for her. Press the booking button. You won’t be disappointed.

Thank you so much for the wonderful review. I'm so glad that you enjoyed your stay. Please come back and visit us again!
I was in town for a wedding and had never been to the area before. Dickson was a perfect weekend getaway and this property was absolutely perfect in every way. It was close to everything and a walk away from the picturesque Main Street with all kinds of small businesses and shops. It was very relaxing and the property had anything and everything you could imagine. Amber was very responsive and the rental exceeded every expectation, she had everything that we could possibly need or want in the rental. We discussed wanting to come back and explore more and using this rental again.

I'm SO glad that you enjoyed the stay and the space! You are welcome back anytime!
This is a great pet friendly place in a very convenient location. They have fabulous attention to detail that included extras that I often don’t find in rentals lately. The bed is extremely comfortable (great mattress and pillows) and the Staytion is very quiet and peaceful for sleeping. The property was exactly as described in the listing. If we are back in the area we’ll stay again.

About the host
Hosted by Amber Reynolds
Born and raised in Dickson, TN and current restaurant owners in the Historical Downtown Dickson area (Back Alley BBQ), we wanted to provide a space where visitors could become a part of our little local town life with as little effort as possible. We are walking distance to many activities and spaces that make Dickson unique. I love providing a fun, comfortable space for visitors to enjoy and explore our little hometown.
Why they chose this property
The Staytion is the last commercial building property left in this part of our neighborhood so it provides that wonderful quiet "at home" feel but you are still so close to the historical downtown area and all it has to offer.
