The COASTAL PARADISE BEACH HOUSE is a Beautiful and Charming 4 bedroom 3 bath home in Royal Sands Beachfront Neighborhood! Vaulted ceilings, big spacious living area and separate game room downstairs will insure for a great relaxing fun stay. All beds are pillow top high quality mattresses and the bunk beds are all memory foam which are amazing! Just steps from the Gulf and only a few feet from one of the adjacent neighborhood swimming pool areas. Royal Sands has two neighborhood swimming pools. Our home offers all of the comforts of home with all the accessories for a perfect beach vacation. The COASTAL PARADISE BEACH HOUSE has a well equipped kitchen, blender, drip coffee maker, Keurig and a air fryer. There is gas & charcoal Grills. Granite counter tops, stained concrete floors and much more. High-speed internet, Smart TVs in every bedroom. The bay can be viewed from the porch and 2nd floor bedrooms, and Ocean from the back porch and living room. We love dogs (NO CATS) and welcome them into our home however they need to obey a few rules. The house is non-smoking. The beach is about a five minute walk away across a beautiful boardwalk that takes you across the sand dunes. With the Gulf on one side and the Bay on the other, our guests soak up a real beach experience. Port Aransas is in the migratory path for many species of birds, affording a great opportunity for birding.

At the COASTAL PARADISE BEACH HOUSE all boats and watercraft must be parked fully in the driveway as well as automobiles. If needed, you may park boats, you can park near the pool or designated parking spots in the community.

Great Port A get away

We had a wonderful time in this home. There was plenty of space for all of us to spread out and the beach is easy walking from the boardwalk at the back of the neighborhood.

Perfection! Everything we needed and more. Fully with bath towels, beach towels and a skim board! Location is great - take the cart or walk over the boardwalk to the beach. So clean, well stocked, beautiful home. Highly recommend! Can’t find anything wrong!The stairs are steep, so you need have good mobility.

Perfect in all respects

Property was amazing. Never used VRBO but will in the future. Hope to stay here again. Location in the neighborhood was perfect. House had everything that was needed. Beds were the best!!!!

We have lived 32 years in Texas and have come to find the Texas coast as my second home. We love fishing and enjoy bringing our two black labs and family down to enjoy our beach home.

Royal sands offers the great benefits of the coast, privacy, and relaxation. Its location is close to my favorite fishing area - Shamrock cove and has great beach front location to bring family, friends, and dogs!

What makes this property unique

We designed this home to be a vacation home for my family and friends. We enjoy fishing and time at the beach at the Texas coast. We wanted to make a weekend retreat that we can come down from central Texas and enjoy. We put high quality mattresses in everyone room and memory foam mattresses in the bunk room for our kids to enjoy. You will also enjoy some of the perks with this house including watching Smart tv's in your bedroom, sipping margaritas on the porch, playing pinball on rainy days, and much more. This place is our 2nd home and I designed it to be very comfortable.
