About this property

Our large 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home located in the South East corner of Victoria Park, short walk to Las Olas! Main home features a Master Bedroom & King bed and the second bedroom has Queen bed.

The large living room has queen sleeper sofa along with a den and office area. The dining area leads into the amazing kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances and more! Off the kitchen is a covered lanai with additional dining and sitting area.

Behind all the Palms and fountain and over the bridge is a REAR DUPLEX that is NOT part of the main home rental. The owner occupies one unit leaving the second floor apartment available for an ADDITIONAL RENTAL. The 2nd floor rear unit features one bedroom, one bath, living room, kitchen and a dining area. Ask for more information.

The FREE Laundry (Washer/dryer) is shared among the 3 units and is located behind the kitchen deck.

Awesome Fort Lauderdale Oasis

This property is a hidden gem. A great clean, quiet and updated property that let our family spend the holidays in Fort Lauderdale to visit family. We were able to walk to everything without the need of a car. We definitely will be back.

Victoria Park 4 day stay

Wonderful stay!

We were in Ft. Lauderdale for a wedding and enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. It had everything we needed, was a doable walk (and inexpensive Uber/Lyft) to everything we needed, and the property owners were accessible, accommodating, and very helpful.

Fr. Lauderdale retreat

We enjoyed our stay here - plenty of room and most things worked pretty well. While there was a problem with the Wi-Fi for the first 24 hours, Sara got it taken care of the second day. The hot/cold water was sort of iffy sometimes and showers were always a kind of adventure, but other than that, it all worked pretty well and was a nice retreat for us after a day in the heat of the city.

We are from NJ but have been coming to Fort Lauderdale for 35 years. We bought this home for vacations and to share with other people to enjoy South Florida. Our daughter Sara in local (since 2013) - and is a well respected local - realtor commercial (all aspects) and residential. A local book of knowledge. She is with Native Realty in Fort Lauderdale.

Why they chose this property

This unique, classic Florida home is close to everything. If you want excitement - you can walk or ride-share to Las Olas Blvd where all the restaurants and shops are. (.5 miles)

You can walk or ride-share to the beach (1.5 miles).

Short ride to the Airport, to the Bright-Line train to Miami or West Palm Beach.

If you want quiet, the Southeast corner of Victoria Park is it. Quiet street and Victoria Park is filled with new modern homes yet many original Florida homes are all around Victoria Park - filled with trees and plantings.

Walk 1 block to the Park and relax or drop a Kayak or Paddleboard into the canal.
