The space
In the back right guest room, you have a trundle that can be made up as two twins or a king size, there are king sheets in the closet.

Each back guest room, have single fold out chairs that could be used for kids or smaller adults. Each room has sheets in the closets

Guest have access to all parts of the house and yard, except the garage.
Other things to note
My bungalow has a whole house water purification system, so bring your bottles cause you can drink right from the tap!
