This stunning property offers direct access to the sandy beaches of Lake Michigan, ample parking for up to 5 cars (2 in front of the deck, 3 in front of the house on Colfax Ave, public street parking along the side of the house), an enclosed backyard, a spacious deck, and accommodations for up to 15 guests.

Constructed in 2015, Beach Haven boasts a bright and airy kitchen that flows into a generously sized open-plan living and dining area. A fireplace adds warmth and charm, perfect for cozy evenings in the fall. Step outside onto the expansive deck, complete with stairs leading directly to the dune grass and beachfront. The main floor features two bedrooms: one with two twin beds, and one with a queen bed.

Upstairs, discover another inviting living space with a convenient kitchenette and an additional balcony offering picturesque lake views. There are two bedrooms upstairs with queen beds. One bedroom has a small loft that can provide a sleeping space for a child complemented by a sleeping sofa in the upstairs living room.

For younger guests seeking adventure, the basement serves as a "kid's camp" with six twin beds on an elevated platform. We recommend more mature kiddos sleeping down here, as the beds are approx. 3 feet off the ground. This area includes a full bathroom, laundry facilities, and outdoor access, complete with outdoor hot and cold water to rinse off sand beneath the main deck.

The backyard, accessible from the main floor or ground floor, is fully fenced with an in ground sprinkler system to keep the grass looking fresh and green.
