Beachside Townhomes on the Beach with Spectacular Sunsets

High rise condos can't compare to this beautiful,
spacious townhouse (1800 sq ft) located 'RIGHT ON
THE BEACH'. 10 ft ceilings throughout, private and
peaceful. Step off the large deck onto the sugar white
sand that makes Panama City Beach famous. There's
nothing between the townhouse and the Gulf Of
Mexico except sand and sun... it's your own piece of
paradise!

Located at the Y (where Front Beach Road and
Hwy 79 meet) we are very convenient to all the main
attractions and favorite spots in Panama City Beach.

* Our beautiful beach front 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhouse features a new
king size bed in each bedroom with its own private bath.
* There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The third bedroom does not have a TV. *The master and upstairs guest do have a TV.
* All bedrooms have a ceiling fan.
* There are fans located throughout the house for very hot weather in June, July and August.
* The Master bath features a whirlpool tub and skylight.
* The main floor has a full bath, beautiful kitchen, dining area and living room with a queen sleeper sofa.
* There is an automatic dehumidifier located in the AC closet. Please do not adjust or attempt to move it.

* This is a nonsmoking unit - both inside and on the deck. Please do now smoke in this unit.

* The neighbors have cats, so please do not bring them into the beach house. We have family who are highly allergic.

* Deck and patio furniture complete with umbrella
and a gas grill.
* Anything under the deck has been left by renters and can be used.

The new Pier Park shopping area is one mile away. Pier
Park has many boutiques, restaurants and many
children's activities. It also includes a movie theater,
Margaritaville and Dillards.

The Hombre Championship 27-hole golf course is just
a few minutes away. Cinema 10 movie theaters, Gulf
World, Zoo World, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Goofy
Golf, Panama City Beach Pier (for Fishing) Winn Dixie,
Publix, Super Wal-Mart are all close-by.

Linens and towels are provided, as well as a full size
washer and dryer (so you can
pack light and toss the kids clothes in the washer).
The kitchen is completely furnished with anything and
everything you need to feel right at home. Or, if you
aren't in the mood to cook, you're just minutes away
from Panama City's most famous restaurants. The
living room and two bedrooms are equipped with cable TV, including HBO.
The living room has a new flat screen TV that is great for movies or sports.

The townhouse is beautifully updated.
You'll never want to leave, it's a little piece of
Heaven here on earth in Panama City Beach.

SMOKING IS NOT ALLOW INSIDE OR OUTSIDE, (DECK,UNDER DECK, OR FRONT STOOP). THE FULL DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IF SMOKING OCCURS.

We have three parking spots. One in front of the garage and one beside it. The third is the first spot along the wall directly in front of the unit.

We had another amazing stay! The townhome had everything we needed, was comfortable, and the view was absolutely incredible. This was our third year in a row staying here, and once again, it did not disappoint. We’ve made some great family memories here and are already looking forward to coming back for our fourth year! Highly recommend this place!

Location was amazing for our family vacation!! The townhouse was a perfect fit for all of us. We loved walking off the back deck straight to the beach! The only downfalls were needing to adjust the AC unit for daytime vs. nighttime use due to the unit freezing up & the BBQ grill wasn't in proper working condition. However, after messaging the host about the grill, she stated she would replace the burners for future guests.

For the price compared to other places it’s great. It’s good enough that we have stayed multiple times and already booked for next year. Does it need renovations yes. It could use a deep clean on carpets but it’s not going to stop me from recommending this location. The price for a place on the beach is. 10/10 for me and every year I can I’ll book the same place.

Beautiful property. Everything waa as described. Walk out the back to a nice patio, then step onto the sand. Location is close to dining and bars. Walmart is a few miles away, easy to get to. Definitely would stay again.

This house was reasonably priced! The size of the house was fantastic. The host responded quickly and was kind. The view was 10/10! We love the easy access to the beach and the centralized location to all PCB has to offer. As a family with three kids, a couple things to keep in mind. The grill needs replaced, so maybe better to not plan on using that. I’m a pretty basic cook and the kitchen wasn’t fully stocked with fairly common items we use on a daily basis. Overall, a great place to stay!

Spacious townhouse right on the beach. An added bonus having 3 available parking spots. Nice deck right on the beach if you don’t like to be on the sand. We would stay here again. Kitchen was well stocked. I would suggest getting a new microwave as handle is broken, but was still useable.

The location was great and the townhouse was nice. There was spring cleaning going on and there was a boil water mandate for a couple of days. The host was very nice about the inconvenience and offered a discount. Overall the place and location were great.

The location is absolutely perfect! Having direct access to the beach and beautiful views could not be beat. The location also gives easy access to all the restaurants and stores. The only thing was a small cleanliness issue. For the most part, there were no compliments except the shower curtains are dirty, there was some hair left in the showers, and the fans are very dusty. Overall, we had a great stay.

We had a good time, it was our first vacation as a family of 4 in a while , the place was clean and the best part being access to the beach from the deck. Just a few steps away. The only drawback was the microwave was not in a good condition and we had to use it with caution. I would give 4.5 stars just for that. But we enjoyed our time thoroughly there. Would be nice if there were some additional toys for the kids.

Thanks for the nice review. I’ve been putting off getting a new microwave but guess it’s time. Good idea on the toys. The problem is they don’t stay. Renters take them or tear them up. You can buy some next year and I’ll reimburse you. Kids med toys and I don’t mind doing that. Happy Nnew Year!
