A south facing location on an elite residential estate just outside of the main town of Gandia. The unique and just modernized and renovated luxury 370 m2 villa with hot/cold air condition on all three floors and has scenic views over the orange groves and the mountains nearby from all parts of the villa. The villa has a unique pool garden with a 11x5,5 meter pool. The villa has a 50 m2 outdoor covered terrace equipped with B/Q , dining area for 14 persons and spectacular views. Beside the pool garden is a 12x3 meter petanque court.

The house briefly comprises of:

Second floor: 3 large double bedrooms (1 master bedroom with private bathroom in suite) and 2 luxury bathrooms.

First floor: 1 double bedroom, 1 luxury bathroom, large lounge w/fireplace and large HD-TV. Access from lounge to large covered terrace. Dining room with 14 seats, large kitchen with double fridge.

Ground floor: 1 very large family bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed. The room has it own private bathroom. The bedroom is perfect for a family with two children. 1 very large master bedroom with 1 double bed and it own private bathroom.1 very large TV lounge with DVD and direct access to pool garden.

The villa has been completely newly furnished in Scandinavian style in May 2015.

About Villa Yin: Villa Yin is 10 min. from Gandia town which has many shops and supermarkets (Carrefour and others), bars and restaurants. A must: visit the old Borgia Palace, Culture Centre and Theatre. Saturday is Market day. Small golf course by Grau, Gandia. 2 Shopping Malls within 10 min drive. Playa Gandia is blue flagged with beautiful and very long beach with shops and restaurants run along the promenade, evening street market and also a harbour and marina. Gandia station can take you 40 min to centre of Valencia. Inland is the old town of Xativa and Castle once home of the Lords of Gandia. 20 min to Oliva old town and Oliva Playa (7 km long beach that is very child friendly and normally not crowded) , Castle and Friday Market. The Oliva Nova Golf is nearby, designed by Seve Ballesteros. GoKarting, Horse riding, sailing, kite surfing and much more are all available in the area.

Perfect Family House

This is a fantastic house, space for everyone to relax and super dining space both inside & out for everyone to come together. Bedrooms & bathrooms also very spacious. Amazing views. Pool area was lovely would be great if there was a toilet in the building by the pool and also a small fridge to save you going back into the house. We all had a super relaxing couple of weeks in this property.

Buen sitio, buena villa

La piscina es lo mejorcito. El inconveniente, subir y bajar escaleras por todas las plantas. Pero una casa para 11 necesita espacio. Los colchones algo blandos para mi gusto. Necesita una refornilla. El lavavajillas estaba de pena, luchamos con él y sus cestos para poder usarlo. El agua caliente era insuficiente para todos los cuartos de baño que tienen y la presión del agua. Parece un poco escaso tener solo un frigorífico con tantas plantas. El duelo respondió muy rápido a todo. La piscina perdía arena de los filtros y acumulaba mucha arenilla en la parte que menos cubría. La barbacoa muy buena pero nos la encontramos muy sucia y la limpiamos por dentro y aunque estaba mucho más limpia que cuando la recibimos, nos hizo limpiarla más si cabe. Siempre digo que hay que hacer fotos al entrar y examinar todo y enviar estado en el que te.encuentras las cosas. Como los dueños no dominan el español no explicaron muy bien el funcionamiento de las cosas en la casa. No nos gustó que sin avisar vinieran unas personas que entraron a un cuarto donde tenían toallas y sábanas. Nos dimos un pequeño susto. Mucho ajuar doméstico. Algunas habitaciones no tienen persianas, si te molesta la luz lleva un antifaz o no pagarás ojo. Dos cuestiones en nuestra contra es que un día molestamos a los vecinos porque estuvimos con cierto jaleo hasta la 1.15 de la mañana de un viernes, que creo que en verano no es muy tarde, por celebrar cumpleaños de niños y nos acordamos al irnos, a pesar que recogimos todo lo mejor posible, que habíamos olvidado un pollo que nos sobró metido en el horno. Espero que el dueño lo viera y lo tirara. Se aparca en la puerta sin problemas, aunque había una zona con rampa para aparcar dentro de la casa pero el dueño no nos dejó la llave de esa verja para meter los coches. La zona no está muy bien señalizada y es fácil perderse pero si usas el GPS no tendrás problemas.

Una casa con trampa

A pesar de que íbamos muy ilusionados y los días que pasamos allí disfrutamos , hemos tenido la mala experiencia de que los propietarios ahora nos reclaman gastos de limpieza después de haber pagado estos gastos por adelantado y dejado la casa en perfectas condiciones , esto ha generado con Vrbo una reclamación que está haciendo que 15 días después de dejar la casa todavía no se nos haya devuelto la fianza y Vrbo no nos de una contestación al respecto. Además la casa el día que llegamos no tenía aire acondicionado en 3 de las 5 habitaciones y estábamos a 40 grados y el arreglo que hicieron al día siguiente por la tarde lo podían haber hecho antes de nuestra llegada porque lo arreglaron ellos mismos , no tuvo que venir nadie externo. Y además nos asustaron diciendo que después de la estancia se nos cobraría la luz consumida , al quejarnos nos dijeron que no …..en fin, sinceramente y con la mano en el corazón el entorno y la casa no merece la pena para el mal rato que nos está dando ahora el este tema.

We live in Spain since 2016 and we really love it.
In the beginning of 2021 we have bought the villa’s Yin and Yang in Gandia
and we like to continue renting out these beautiful villa’s to our guests, like the former owners did.

Why they chose this property

We enjoy our villa YinYang in Gandia, because it is the perfect setting for being together with your family and friends. The weather is all year long almost always perfect for outdoor activities and therefore perfect as base for any family/ group that enjoys the outdoor life; sunbathing, swimming or discover one of our many local mountains. The natural surroundings are breathtaking; great mountain views, orange groves, kilometers long white sandy beaches just 10-15 minutes away.

The size and structure of the villa’s makes it easy to be with a lot of people together, without feeling crowded and you can always find a quiet spot if needed.
