Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
10am Check-Out Instructions Set thermostat to: -74°F (Summer – AC) -72°F (Winter – Heat) -Check drawers, between sheets, and under beds for personal items -Close all windows and doors securely
-Place used towels in the basket in the laundry room -Discard all opened food items -Turn off all lights -Return any moved furniture to its original place
-Return the key to the lockbox -Notify your host of departure

Nice weekend stay....

The property was nice and very clean. The beds were super comfortable. And the bottle of wine was a nice touch. The owner's response to any questions was very quick. Would definitely stay here again.
