Perfect spot for us. Very comfortable space. Bit of a walk from the parking garage to the penthouse, but fun to be in downtown Rochester in this amazing re-use of a historic department store. View was great, apartment well-furnished with needed items and concierge was friendly and helpful.

Trying to get any kind of room in Rochester during Jazz Fest is next to impossible! This was like finding a needle in a haystack! The apt is close to all the events and equipped perfectly for a weekend of fun or a week of business. Super clean! Very comfy bed! Great size!The building was amazing with great amenities available to renters including a gym, lounge, rooftop patio, and secure parking. As a single gal, I also loved the security features. Super safe!A great pick. I’ll be back!
