Introducing the "Jewel of Oleander" a brand new construction luxury rental property.  As you open the front door you will be greeted with grand 12ft ceiling living space and breathtaking serene gulf views. This house features 9 bedrooms and 10 baths with a game room, upscale furniture and finishes and living areas on each floor. Gulf Views appoint every living space with wet bar areas and mini refrigerator’s. Step out to the patio where you will find the large heated saltwater swimming pool. There is an outdoor kitchen and grilling station under the covered patio with seating to dine outside! The green play area is perfect for a game of corn hole or a friendly game of volleyball! It doesn't stop there - you will also have direct access to beach with a private board walk and daily beach service - don't forget to use the outdoor shower before plunging into the pool. The grand chefs kitchen has double refrigerators for convenience, ice maker, 50 bottle wine cooler, and a large island that seats 4 guests. The dining table hosts 10 guests with views of the pool and gulf and adjacent to the living room which features an over-sized sectional for ample seating. Bar doors allow access into the game room with a pool table, foosball table and TV - this room also has a bathroom with two sinks and a walk in shower. The first floor king guest suite is to the left of the front entry has a king size bed and en suite with two sinks and a walk in shower. 

Ascend to the second level via the elevator - to your left is a bunk room with two queens on top and a king on the bottom, this bunk room as an en suite with a sink sink and walk in shower. Down the hall towards the Gulf you will find a second bunk room that accommodates12 guests in three sets of full-size bunk beds, also with its own en suite complete with two sinks and a walk in shower. Across the hall from this bunk room is a guest suite with a king size bed and en suite with dual sinks and a walk in shower. Continue down the hall where you will be swept away by the gulf views, kitchenette and living space and full laundry room. The seating area invites guests to unwind and enjoy the views from the second level. To the right of the living area you will find a gulf front master suite with a king size bed, balcony access and en suite with dual sinks and a walk in shower. The second gulf front suite on this level is to the left of the living area and is complete with a king size bed, balcony access, and the en suite with dual sinks and a walk in shower.

Retreat to the third floor, where two more Gulf-front master suites await! Step off the elevator and to your right you will find a king suite with stunning gulf views and an en suite bathroom that will provide the rest and relaxation needed! This en suite has dual sinks and an over sized walk in shower with dual shower heads and a soaking tub in the tiled shower. The second master on this level is equally as stunning with a king size bed and en suite with dual sinks, tiled shower with dual shower heads and a separate soaking tub. Both masters share a balcony that provide endless gulf views! Back towards the elevator you will find a 3rd floor living area complete with a wine cooler, coffee maker, TV and comfortable seating. There is a bunk room next to the living area, behind a barn door and it sleeps 4 guests in twin bunks. There is a shared hall bathroom with two sinks and a shower/tub combo. Across the hall from the bathroom is a second laundry room for additional convenience. 

With a total capacity to host 34 guests, this luxurious vacation rental boasts nine bedrooms and ten bathrooms, ensuring that everyone can experience the splendor of the "Jewel of Oleander"!

Important Things to Know:
1) Travel Insurance is NOT included in our quotes. It can be purchased during the reservation process or obtained independently.
2) We DO NOT accept wire transfers for payment. (AMEX, Visa and MasterCard ONLY)
3) Pools can only be heated between the dates of September 1st - April 30th. 
4) If you rent for a wedding or wedding function, there is a non-refundable $500 fee. 
5) Bikes are available upon request for a fee - they are not kept on property. 
6) Beach Chairs are Included Seasonally. 6 Chairs and 6 Umbrellas from March 1st-October 30th.
