We had a beautiful stay. We had no problems with the AC units, plenty of towels and beach towels. Beautiful scenery to the beach, comfortable beds, felt safe, gated entry, plenty of room for 4 adults and excellent communication with the owner Victor/Yari. I’d rent this condo again. The only thing we missed which was our fault is the beach chairs that are in the balcony. Everything that you could think of is provided including cleaning supplies which made it very easy to maintain the condo clean and it truly felt like a home away from home. Loved the beach and pool access and great location. I usually book El San Juan Resort or Ritz Carlton when I come to visit my family except twice and this by far was affordable and didn’t lack a thing. Highly recommend and that’s big coming from me. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and guards were very friendly and very helpful. Thank you Victor and Yari for your hospitality

I called and complained to the customer about a few things one the tub was dirty too. There was no shower nob for 1 of the the bathroom. The refrigerator took forever to cool the food that we had brought. Reached out to host ad no response at all

There was a good view of the beach, but the building in front of the building obstructed a direct view. The beach was beautiful and easy access. The host was very responsive to our needs and fixed any issues that we had. The location of this property was ideal.

Loved the location! Being on the beach was great. Could have used more than 6 towels for 2 couples for 5 nights. No stove but that’s okay if we knew. Water is shut off on a daily basis by the city!?!? Good locationcleanfun time had by all

Isla Verde convenience and comfort.

Isla Verde is always a great place to stay and these towers are great for VRBO's. Hosts are friendly and very responsive!

Great beach location!

We enjoyed our stay and most enjoyed the location on the beach. The unit worked for our short trip for our gymnasts and was within a short distance to everything we needed.

We had a party of 6 and needed the 2 pullouts as sleeping space. Both were broken. I mentioned this at the beginning at after a few times without acknowledgement from host. We had a fuse blow out main room AC and fan off and on for several days ,and the key that let us in and out of pool and beach was maybe 50% functional. I asked specifically and was told we would be able to keep our bags at the security desk for the hour or 2 after check out until we needed to leave for airport. This is not an option. Puerto Rico was amazing, but after mentioning all these problems to the host more than once, I never got a response, and apology, or any money back. I will not use this host again.

Hop, Skip, and a Step from Paradise

The VRBO's location, amenities, and access, were amazing. It was at a great central location that allowed us to go about our vacation casually and come back to rest and recharge. The beach was less than a 5 minute walk and there were plenty of rentals available for chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc! Our hosts communicated with us regularly and responded extremely quickly. A definite 10/10 WOULD 100% RECOMMEND!

Amazing 4 Day Get Away

Had a great time with my daughter and some of our friends. Property conveniently located near the airport and the beach and pool was our backyard. Different vendors on the beach selling anything and everything you need for a great beach day. Will be back next year to take a break from the cold weather here in MA.

This property was perfect for me and my family (5) adults. Everyone was comfortable. The a/c units worked perfect during the time of our stay. The location and the view of this unit was perfect. The security staff were nice. Even other guests and/or residents were very friendly. Didn’t have any issues during my stay. 5 star!! Thank you.

Convenient Location

The only slight drawback was the master bedroom bathroom door which was very difficult to close and probably needs to be replaced. Other than that the host was very responsive, the amenities are nice the unit was clean and the location is ideal. Would definitely stay here again!
